Come visit VA! We have skyline drive, beautiful vineyards and you can use our horse farm in Rappahanock County, for a fall video!
felt this much more in my thighs than any obliques.. any suggestions for how to stop this?
Truly a massacre.
Does anyone else have trouble completing this workout? It’s the second time I’ve had to do it (the first time in the beginner calendar) but both times I have a lot of pain in my leg trying to do some of these moves. Especially the obliqatory move. The pain feels like its my hip bone digging into the floor whenever I lift up. The pain overpowers the effect of the move so I find myself skipping to others. I’m able to do the truck driver, but there is still discomfort. Maybe I’m laying on my side wrong? I have an extremely cushy mat. Not sure how to fix this.
I had the exact same trouble! You could try puttting a pillow or a folded towel under your hips and legs when you do the obliqatorys and truck driver. That’s what i’ve been doing for workouts like this, it seems to make it less painful!
hii I’ve had the same problem, I always put a cushion underneath, it just protects it better than any matt. Let me know if it works!
this one really hits saddle bags for me too 😀

I don’t know if my form wasn’t correct, but this was MUCH more of a saddle bag workout than an oblique workout for me. A good workout nonetheless!
