Oh my word honey it is not 200 when it is split on each side like that That is regular Pilates counting I learned that a long time ago when I was first getting started with it – It is basic Pilates but if it is one thing like crunches then yes you do count 1- 2- 3 It when it is split on two legs it is Right -1 ; Left – 1 Right -2.; Left – 2 Otherwise it is not equal on both sides I love you so much and I mean no hate I’m just trying to figure out how you haven’t learned that with how many years you’ve been active with this That’s what I’m not understanding – sorry
