My hip flexors died.. I dont know how am I suppose to do it, I guess.. I always try very hard not to create a hollow between my back and my yoga mat, so I dont think this is the reason to pain in my hip flexors.. Someone give me some advice, please..
I did the full leg lift alphabet but that first move was a murderer!!
That was TOUGH! I was maybe able to do 5 or so letters in a row then had regroup. I get to the entire alphabet eventually@

I LOVE this workout. It’s super fun and it works my abs hard!
Do as much as you can whatever last letter you stop at is your new goal letter for that week. Push for the next letter the following week. New letter goal every week . If you make it past your letter goal that’s your new letter goal. Until you make it to z!
This workout is DEATH! It’s always on the beginner’s calendar and I have no idea why. Maybe sometime I’ll be able to do it – for now I skip it.
