This video is really fast it needs a little bit of slowing down
Wow my hamstrings are so tight, I am nowhere near getting into the splits yet lol. I like this routine, but agree with the others who have stated that they would like a full-length version of this video! It would be appreciated if we could just follow along and not have to keep pausing and timing ourselves. Thank you though, Cassey!
I can do the splits fairly well, but this routine helped me immensely and master doing the splits. 🙂 Thanks so much, Cassy!!
I am so sad! I used to be able to do both side and front splits, I was super flexible but now I can’t, I feel so sad!

How often do y’all practice doing the splits? Is it ideal to do every day?
I don’t like this video… I came expecting it to be follow along. But that’s just my opinion. Warning: You have to count your own time!
