When doing the windshield wipers, I felt that my neck was too strained so it was difficult to continue doing the move without feeling as though I was going to pull a muscle. Do you have any recommendations for that?
i find it impossible to get into any of the start positions for these exercises. i’m really not flexible at all and can’t bend that way! it’s very frustrating because i don’t want to start the exercise with the wrong form and injure myself/not target the right muscles, so i can’t do the exercises.

i have been following since Oct 2014. PLEASE remove the AdChoices banner in the foot header. It is SO annoying. I hit the X to get rid of it, and it just comes right back! It is in the way of the watching you do the moves in order to make sure I am following and doing it correctly. I see it as a safety hazard.

I tried to watch this video but is said it was restricted. I love doing your calendar workout by the way. I am 42 years old with two children and I feel that my body is getting much stronger with your workouts.

Use your abs instead of your neck, you will see the difference in a couple of days, I’d been exercising for 15 days and my neck not hurts anymore. Good luck!
