    yesterday i had the same problem but i watched the videos on youtube, but i won’t do this evryday:(

      Sorry hun, Cassey had to shut down that website because it was too expensive to keep it up. ): When there wasn’t a my.blogilates.com she posted the all the videos for the day on this website, I REALLY hope she would start doing that again because it just makes everything much faster and easier. 🙂 Hopefully she’ll start putting them on this website again. 🙂

          You’ve probably already figured it out by now. But I think that if you’re like me and you don’t have the app, you actually have to go to Youtube and search for the videos. That’s what I do. I just open multiple tabs and search for the videos. It actually doesn’t take as long as you think it would. Don’t forget to open up a stretching video as well. =)

    hello guys, I’m new here! I’m so happy i can join this community, i already download blogilates app on my iphone, that app is so amazing like i can do workouts daily.
    okay so i’m 16 years old and turning 17 this november, my weight is 60 kgs and height is 1,65 m, i’m so tiny you know. i have a problem with my tummy, my tummy isn’t flat like i have a big tummy, but my body is nice, my arms are kinda big and my thighs aren’t thigh gap. i’m so insecure and i always have negative thinking about my body, and my second problem is i have marks pimples on my face ugh i do hate my life but yeah i’m trying to love it, i get jealous and shy everytime i see other girls skinnier and prettier than me. but i hope after this i can survive my problems. i need support from you all, i hope y’ll feel what i feel right now. sorry for my english, because i can’t speak english properly, i do hope y’ll understand.

      Hi Grace. First of all it´s great that you stay positive. I think that you should love your body as it is and a positive, confident attitude is the most beautiful thing a person can have. So please, don´t get too obsessed with what other girls look like.
      However, if you want to change something always keep in mind that it´ll take time. I started this month and at some days I didn´t want to do the workout at all, but if you keep pushing yourself you´ll see the little changes and you´ll love them. Either your body and your energy will reward you.
      And I can tell you it´s much more easier (and fun) if you start with a good friend. Do workout and meal plans together and try to stay healthy.

    Hi! :))
    I’m a college student and also have a part time job. I’ve started swimming twice a week (60mnts each session) for about 3 months now. but I ended up gaining more weight..about 5kgs. I eat carbs, proteins, fruit n veg most of the time. I notice my thighs and legs have gotten bigger. they don’t look toned but they’re hard enough..if you know what I mean. I’ve never gained so much weight in so little time ever. and I’m kind of worried. I used to do these videos regularly and following the calendar program, but since I started swimming, I’ve been cutting it down (maybe 1-2 videos a week). I know swimming is such a great sport and I love it, but I’m looking to lose some weight at the moment. Any opinions?

      Swimming is actually the best sport there is. You train lots of different muscles without putting to much strain on them. The reason for gaining weight is simply that your building more muscles and losing fat. and since muscles are heavier as fat it means working out doesnt simply mean you will lose wait.

    Just to make sure: do each exercise on the calendar once per day, right? For instance, in the Bikini Blaster workout you say do the video four times in a row, but since we are doing three other videos that day only do it once for the calendar?

    I don’t think that made a ton of grammatical sense but hopefully you know what I mean.

    Hi!
    I was just wondering if anyone actually lost any weight using this workout plan?
    And is it ok to change it up with more cardio more often?
    Im overweight and pilates looks fun, but i need to lose more weight than just toning my body, although it’s a plus to tone it as well 🙂

      Overweigh is overweigh as long as you look fat (if you know what I mean ;)) If you’ll loos all the fat and you’ll get muscles, you might have the same weight (or more), BUT you’ll look better ;))

      Or do just cardio 😀

      I did. 🙂 When she put out the beginner’s calender, I did that and did 95% clean eating and lost ten pounds in a month! So if you’re looking to lose weight, just manage your diet accordingly and don’t fret over missing a day of exercise or eating a piece of cake or something like that.

    HELP!!!

    did anyone make a youtube playlist for each day?? I miss them and am so sad to see Cassey isn’t doing them anymore… I can’t check out my.blogilates, apparently its being shutdown and it wont recover my password(which i forgot) since I took a blogilates break to focus on marathon training……

    if anyone knows of youtube playlist for the month please let me know ! I usually do my workouts with my computer so downloading the App doesn’t help me because i can’t use that on my computer on a big screen, very inconvenient. 🙁

    I want to ask for your advice about my problem. I’m 17 years old and a college freshmen.
    I have a problem in losing weight due to conflicts of my schedule. I have a not so big butt and I want to make it smaller. Please, can you give me some advises and tips how I make my butt smaller?
    I also have problem in losing fats in my arms, because I want them to be tiny(or to get the fats away) because sometimes I want to wear a sleeveless dress or shirt, please help me also in this. And I have same problem for my thighs and tummy also I really want to get thin because I don’t know why I started liking to wear skater skirts and fitted t shirts. Please, please help me Cassey. I really need your help this badly.

      Hallo Annie!

      Please don’t get me wrong, but you sound like you want to change your total body and that you’re not too happy about how you look right now. I guess that’s a typical teenager-problem, mh? I myself had thoughts like that and hated my body, my butt that looked hilariously huge compared to my small waist and huge legs.
      Working out can help to change your body. It can tone it. It can make the muscles stronger and therefore create a lean look.
      More important to loose weight and to get quicker results is of course a good meal plan. Cassey offers several on this website and she makes Cheap Clean Eats videos were you can find recepies for quick, healthy foods. She says “Abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen” and that’s right. I know it is not easy, especially as a student, to eat healthy and low-calorie. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xXOu-DtTE4 Here’s the link to casseys 5 best ways to loose weight. as far as I remember the most important is to drink a lot of water. Of course not that much that it gets toxic but when your tummy feels empty, drink something. It often growls because it has nothing to do. I found out that sometimes I’m not really hungry but my mind tells me that I am because I have a desire to eat. That’s not always the same as reall hunger.
      To get some inspiration on this I would recommend you to take a look at the “Before and After” stories on this site. There you can see what they did to loose weight and get stronger.

      In the end, I hope you find your way and learn to love every inch of your body. I don’t know you in real life but I believe that you are pretty young woman. Don’t forget that it takes time to see changes.

      I’d love to know as well. I don’t own an iPhone. I use Windows. >_____> I’ll just sub it with something else today, but hopefully she will suggest something in the future for those of us who don’t own an iPhone.
      The workouts are challenging and I feel amazing after I get through the day, so I don’t want to cheat myself by missing a workout, lol.

    My first time doing a regular blogilates calendar and it did not disappoint. It is so hard, but love that I can just whatever the calendar says. No thinking involved! The waist whittlers 100 challenge just about killer me though. I would like to see a little more cardio too.

I can’t use the app because I don’t have a smartphone and I hate the idea of watching youtube videos on such a small screen anyway… it would just be a lot easier and more motivating if the videos were easily accessible 🙁

    What do you do when the playlist is shorter than 60 min?

    Ive been noticing the workout playlits lately have been between 40-50 min, not a full hour. Am I missing something? Or just embrace it and take the mini break?

      don’t worry Cassey knows the best.
      It is more important the dificulty lvl then the period of time daily!it is like jogging for 40 minutes vs.walking for 60 minutes…that is my opinion.
      And have faith ..one year ago in 2 weeks with blogilates i lost 4 inches on my tighs…that’s why i am back..i left the excuses behind and start working out again 🙂

    Is there a way to link to each day’s videos? That way I can select, for ex: Tuesday and all of the videos for that day are all on one page. I know she used to provide this but I’m having trouble finding it now.

    I know you can find the vids through the app, but I’d rather be able to view the videos on a larger screen than my phone.

      i thought same thing but then if you have an iPhone and an Apple TV. You will be able to get that up on your TV Screen. Much bigger and easier than trying to watch from phone. That works for me 🙂

      App should have all workout if you pay 1.00 a month. it also have the check off button to keep track.

    Hey guys, I was hoping to share some advice/wondering if anyone does the same. Some days when I have to go to school and then straight to work I don’t come home until after 10, then I have homework and am really tired. When I don’t have time to do full workouts I do 2/4 of the videos in the calendar and try to walk are much as I can (to school, to work)

    Love the positivity on here, really motivating

      I don’t always do all the workouts either. Obviously it’d be ideal to do every video, but I’d rather do a little bit and stay motivated than do too much one day and then stop completely. You’re fine 🙂

    i started the beginner’s pop Pilates last month and i can honestly say that it has changed my life. The shorts i fitted into two years ago are fitting again :). i started Pilates in a zumba class i was taking but my instructor was learning it too so i needed more of a challenge.       I feel like it would be more effective to do them all at once. Obviously if you don’t have the time to do them all at once then it’s fine, but if possible doing them all at once is better. You get them all out of the way at once plus your heart rate is already up and your muscles are already loosened and ready to workout.

      Good for you girl! I know it is really hard and sometimes I start to lose the motivation to finish the whole month but it is possible and once you finish one month, it’ll be that much easier to finish the next because you are in a routine. Does it ever feel weird if you forget to shower or wash your face in the morning? It is part of your daily routine so you don’t even have to think about it too much. Same with working out. After 30 days it is a habit and your brain will say to you, “Ok it is time to workout!”

    This is my first time! I am excited to discover the world of pilates. I am in a rut I am unable to do anything I used to do which was high intensity workouts plus lots of cardio now all I can do is swim which I dislike and yoga and lift weights on machines, but I am bored and I want to reach my fitness goals I am having a hard time doing so with my current condition not letting me do much. WHO has done the calendars before? and are the calendars and meal plans alone enough to tone up loose fat? I am going to do the 12 week meal plan and start with august calendar
    I am 130 size 7 am trying to reach 120 and size 5 also get rid of upper thigh fat and stomach fat and tone up

    Maybe you’ve already covered this somewhere, but I haven’t seen it, so if you have sorry for the redundancy. I noticed that a lot of the exercises in your videos are blogilates signature moves, which is great, but I can’t seem to find any info on how many calories are being burned since they are all blogilates signature moves. I track my foods and exercises on MyFitnessPal and it would be extremely helpful if anyone knew of a “calorie calculator” for these exercise. I tried just using the generic pilates, but the exercises all vary so greatly that its not very accurate.

    This is for anyone that thinks they could be of assistance.

    I haven’t done the calenders in a few months. Busy life. But I have decided to dedicate myself to myself again. I re-downloaded the blogilates app and restored the my purchase of the monthly calendar (which I have still been paying for since I originally downloaded the app when it was released. However, the app does not seem to register that I have been and still am paying for the service. I’m not sure what to do. I talked to apple and they told me to email this website. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and has any suggestions.

    I completed the beginners calender and was so excited to start September today but I don’t know what happened! I couldn’t complete the videos, my shoulders are killing me and not in the achey muscle good way.I’m so disheartened- I feel like im never going to lose my pot belly 🙁

    Thank you Cassey for the amazing workouts!!! I completed August, and I feel so much better about myself in a bikini already 🙂 This month I’m going to finish the calendar and cut white carbs and sugar from the diet, so hopefully see even more results

    But, I don’t have one of those fancy devices to view the app on! I only have one of those cheap-o phones until I get a better job. I downloaded the app thinking I would be able to view it on my computer, but it looks like you need to have these devices to see them. Can you please at least tell me a good alternative video to watch, or at the minimum, how long is this new elusive video so I know how much time I should incorporate into the workouts in which it will be missing??

    I want to start running so what would be the best way to incorporate this into my wo??? (Also I am just a beginner having just finished the beginners wo calendar) would it be ok to not do all the days and alternate pop pilates with running every other day meaning is only finish half the calendar ? Sorry for all the questions! 🙂

      I always substitute the cardio days of the calendar with my running (1 hour)
      if you are a beginner you might not be able to run for an hour, so I would start with 5-10 minutes running (as much as you can) and then do the rest of the calendar (cardio days) so you reach one full hour of workout. 🙂

          I’m training for a 5k run in October with my dad, I’ve always learned (in PE at school) that the best way to improve running is to run at least 15-20 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week. My advice would be to pick two/three days to run: say Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Run for 15-30 mins in the morning or whatever your schedule allows, interval training is great to start with, and then do 30-40 minutes worth of Casey’s suggested daily videos.

          Hope that help a little, your workouts should be altered to fit your goals and life stlye I think Casey would encourage you to do just that 🙂

      It’s your own personal workout calender so you do whatever you like! whatever suits you. Everyone is different of course, if you want to alternate between days you do so. Just start small and work up to it.

      Yes, you have to do every single video in every day, which is only about an hour for 6 days of the week in order to achieve results fast enough for you to notice. At least, that’s what I highly recommend.

      Yes, you’re supposed to do all the workouts listed for that day :3 you can, however, spread them out throughout the day if you can’t manage to do them all after one another.
