The Week of 100s! Blogilates Week #5 Challenge

The Week of 100s! Blogilates Week #5 Challenge

This is the most active challenge we’ve had yet! Everyday for the next 7 days you will perform 1 move 100 times. You can do 1 set of 100 or 10 sets of 10, doesn’t matter. You just gotta do it. Then when you’re done, go on facebook to let the community know!

MON: Pilates Hundred
TUES: 100 calf raises
WED: 100 squat pulses
THURS: 100 pushups
FRI: 100 leg lifts
SAT: 100 chest pulses
SUN: 100 eagle crunches

DO YOU ACCEPT MY CHALLENGE!!?????

OK on to updates and other news. Australia is happening in 6 days! Ahh!!!!! Will first be in Cairnes to see the Great Barrier Reef – one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World. Gonna be my first one to visit! I wanna go snorkeling but not sure if I should take the plunge and do scuba diving. I feel like it’d be scary! All those fish…turtles…BIG FISH….I would probably have a stroke and die in the water if one touched me. Have you ever been scuba diving? Should I do it!!??

By the way, do you know what the 7 Natural Wonders of the World are? I don’t. So, I googled them – here they are according to CNN:

How many have you seen?

I will also film my POP Pilates DVD out there on the beach! I’ll be formulating the butt-kickin’ 1 hour workout for you while on the plane! Any moves you think that MUST be in there?

Then week 2 will be spent in Sydney! On Feb 12, I am teaming up with Lorna Jane to bring to you my Australia meetup! Aussies in Sydney you must come!!! I want to meet you 🙂 All you have to do is call the LJ Mosman store and reserve a spot. There are only 25 spaces so call them NOW.

Then Week 3 will be spent in China! am going to reorder some of the styles that did well this season but will also be creating new things. More “affordable” things. I’ll talk about why I am doing this on my second blog and channel (once I finalize what I am going to call it – do you think it’s ok if I just call the YouTube channel “CasseyHo”?) Are there any products you want to see oGorgeous carrying in the near future? Give me your input. As you know, you speak, and I make it happen. So now is the time to share your ideas if you want to see them become a reality!

So yeah, really EXCITED about the trip and my second channel. I will be able to talk more about the other half of my life. My life is really just working out and running a biz. You’ll get to know me better as a whole human being. And if I call the channel CasseyHo, I can talk about other random things you may be interested in. That’s why I am veering away from BlogilatesBiz because what if I wanna talk about a story that will inspire you but has nothing to do with Fitness or Business? Yeah. So perhaps CasseyHo will be best.

Wow!!! I love talking to you guys so much. I wish I could go on forever. Anyway, can you help me out and answer some of the questions I asked? I bolded them for you 🙂

Much love and have a fab Monday!!!! Get ready for the first set of 100. GIMME YOUR 100%!!!!!

OMG!! Go to Green Island in Cairns!!! It is AMAZING!!! Pretty reasonable package prices for snorkeling and scuba diving. I was just there Jan 8th!! 😀

  3. Andrea says:

Puerto Princesa Underground River is now officially confirmed as one of the New7Wonders of Nature – and its in the Philippines!
If ever you wanna drop by the place i call home…. hehe! have a fun time in Australia!

  4. Tanja says:

YES, do scuba diving, that’s not even a question!!! How many times in a lifetime are you having opportunity to do it in the coral reef?? Not many 😉

I’ve seen Aurora of all the wonders but I’m gonna go for more:) When I saw it I was so happy I cried a little 😛

The channel name is okay, simple.

Aaaaan oGorgeous… yoga mats, booty shorts, I’d buy that 🙂 Ahhhhh I love that you ask us what we want and then you actually try to do it, it’s not just bla bla! <3 you

  5. Ren says:

Cassey!!! You should totally go SCUBA diving, I’m certified and I do it every single time I get the chance, it’s the most awesome thing ever.

  6. Caroline Frawley says:

Oh I wish I could meet you in Sydney. I live a 5 hour flight away :(:(:( I hope you have a lovely time and I have my fingers crossed that no screaming children are beside you AND you get upgraded to first class on the flights!!
Cassey Ho is perfect for your new channel. I can’t wait for it. If you get the chance at all when you’re up in Cairns you should visit Port Douglas. Its a few hours drive away but it is really really beautiful.
For your DVD you have to do anything with side plank movements and arm circles. I suppose you haven’t thought of doing burpees??!!!!;)
And how about making a blogilates hoody, not sure if you call them that in the States? (sweaters or zip up sweaters with hoods, sorry if you do know) I would gladly be a walking advertisement for you!
I think the idea of yoga pants are a great idea too.
I do plan on buying one of your bags this year.
    All the best!

    Hi Cassey!
I’m so jealous you are going to Australia. This is one of my dream places to visit and hopefully it will come true. I agree with the other posts about designing smaller bags maybe you could take your lunch in these, workout pants/shorts, water bottles, towle maybe at a more affordable price so we can all promote and support you and the fablous gift you have given to us the motivation and dedication to a healthy fit lifestyle!

I like CasseyHo for your other channel but maybe Casseys’Life or Casseys’Journey is cute too! Either way we will all love the channel and be the # 2 website we visit each day after blogilates 🙂

I hope you have an amazing trip(definitely do scuba diving its a very relaxing and surreal experience. I can’t wait for the DVD!! Now on to my daily workout which will include 100 of the hundred!!

    <3,
    Azalyn

    Hi Cassie!
AUSTRALIA! you are SO lucky! that is one place i really want to visit. I’m a certified Scuba diver (although i don’t do it very often since i live in cold Canada) But i’m telling you if you have a chance to go scuba diving at the great barrier reef, do not miss this opportunity! DO IT!!! or at least snorkel, but scuba is way better!

This week’s challenge should be interesting. i’m gonna wanna die but i’ll do it. thanks for all the great routines!

    1. blogilates says:

ahh wish u could teach me!

  10. chelsea says:

I’ve been to the number 1! Grand Canyon 🙂 I actually camped out inside by all the gorgeous waterfalls.

  11. Molly says:

Hey Cassey! Your trip sounds amazing- I’m just a little bit jealous 🙂 I think you should definitely at least go snorkeling, but, seriously, you’ll be in the Great Barrier Reef!! Why not get lessons and try scuba diving? Either way I’m sure you’ll have a blast!

I can’t believe you’re finally shooting a DVD! I am sooo pumped to see how it turns out (& the gorgeous beaches of Australia) and what moves you include. I think opening up oGorgeous to new products would be a really great way to reach out to some of your cash-strapped (like me!) or younger fans. Maybe you could design smaller bags or cute little pouches to keep makeup or keys in- I know you’ve got a flair for style so even if they’re somewhat simple and small, they’ll be super cute. I also like Saima’s idea about some cute yoga/workout pants. I could totally see you designing the most adorable, detailed workout clothes!

Goah, sorry for such a long comment! I hope these ideas help ya brainstorm! Also, have an amazing trip to Australia and China 😮

I was in Australia this past summer for almost 3 months. I went snorkeling three times in Cairns, and it never got old. I’m also oddly good at holding my breath for long periods of time so i was able to swim down below the surface if I saw something cool that I wanted to see. My boyfriend, who is a little more afraid of the water and diving down, just kind of chilled at the surface- but he still had a great time. So really, it’s up to you. If you’re prone to sinus headaches and stuff like that definitely do not go scuba diving! It’s just kind of what you want to make of it. You’ll see awesome and beautiful stuff everywhere that you turn either way. Also, keep in mind if you want to take the time to listen to their scuba lesson, etc. Good luck and have fun! Australia is amazing- the only country I would ever consider moving to!

  13. kayleigh says:

hey cassey!! i don’t comment much but i absolutely love your blog and your spirit! i have always wanted to get an ogorgeous bag (they’re beautiful!) but i don’t really have the resources to drop that much money on a bag. i would love to be able to help support you and your business, but i think if you had some bags that were cheaper (and smaller or something so the price is still relevant) it would open up your business to a lot more people!! have fun in australia and china!

  14. May says:

we must have the bent leg pulse with dumbell move in there!

  15. Saima says:

Hi Cassey, i’m looking forward to taking on this challenge, i’ve been ill in bed for the past week so not been able to train, hate not being able to work out.

right, new venture, id really like to see flattering leggings/capri pants/shorts for working out. I seem to struggling finding anything i like. Or a pretty stopwatch, every stopwatch i have come across is ugly! Finally, some yoga/pilates accessories. I really need a new yoga mat, but the nice thick ones i want are a little pricey, to go with the mat some yoga gloves and socks.

Sorry if i’ve ran away with my ideas!

Have fun in Australia. (p.s are you ever planning on a trip to the UK?)

  16. Jessica says:

You definately have to visit Green Island or Fitzroy Island when you visit Cairns. The beaches on the Islands are much prettier than the main beaches of Cairns. It’s so hot and very humid at the moment.

I like “CasseyHo” for your new YouTube channel!

    1. Julia says:

Yes, yes, yes!! Fitzroy isn’t as nice as Green Island, but the guys who work on it are so nice!! and pretty cuutte!! Pretty sure you can’t really go to a beach in Cairns. There are salt water crocs..
