New Yoga Sling Family Member + Crazy Hard Workout

This is the original style in Creme Cheetah. This one did so well that I thought, why not a more demure one in darker colors…so chrome obviously! These are only $22 and are made of vegan leather! Great alternative to the bags if you want something oGorgeous.
By the way…for the new line of oGorgeous bags and wallets – think spring colors…ballet pink, mint, and periwinkle! Oh and wait did I forget to mention that there will be…Buh-buh-buh-BOOTY SHORTS!!!!!!!??!!!???

Booty shorts with fold over waistbands in hot colors. POPsters, see what I mean when I say I listen to you!!?? I really do and I appreciate everything you tell me. These are Blogilates booty shorts, so make sure you represent at the gym, on the streets, in da club.

OK now onto my first workout back in the states! I taught 2 POP Pilates classes back 2 back and then had my own 1 hr workout. I am SO HAPPY to be back to see my friends and students! And so happy to see my beloved weights. Let me tell you, not working out as consistently as I was before (5-6x a week) I definitely felt fatigued quicker. I knew this would happen. It sucked. And I was breathing harder. I am sure it had a lot to do with how badly I was eating as well. But it’s ok, it’s nothing that cannot be repaired within a week or so. Life happens. You only have so much time in a day. You live, you travel, you eat. Enjoy it!
So here’s my crazy workout! You should totally try it!
Crazy Weights ‘n Plyo Workout
|set 1. repeat 4 rounds||Bicep curls (30 lb bar)||x12|
|High knees||30 sec|
|set 2. repeat 4 rounds||Shoulder presses (15 lb dumbbells)||x12|
|set 3. repeat 4 rounds||*Assisted pull-up (used 55lbs to assist me)||x12|
|Split squat jumps or jumping lunges||30 sec|
|set 4. repeat 4 rounds||*Tricep pull-downs w/ rope (25 lbs)||x12|
|*1 legged back kick to knee high hop||30 sec|
|set 5. repeat 4 rounds||*Back rows on machine (70 lbs)||x12|
|*Bench hop overs||x20|
So why is this workout so good? Because between each mini set of weight lifting moves you have to do a cardio move! So your heart rate is constantly up! You’re constantly challenging yourself aerobically! And your muscles are getting worked when you’re taking a cardio “break”. Those are just the weights I used, you can choose your own obviously.

ONE LEGGED BACK KICK TO KNEE HIGH – The move pictured is the knee high part. Just pair with a back kick on the same leg then drive up into that knee high. Alternate legs with each round. [source]
