China Recap + Official Week #8 Challenge Video

China Recap + Official Week #8 Challenge Video

I literally JUST GOT HOME. I filmed this is Beijing before I left. Umm quick story that happened right after I made this.

I almost got STUCK IN CHINA. I was searching my bag for my passport at the boarding gate when the flight crew asked to see it and it was NOWHERE to be found. I keep digging and digging and digging. Then I thought, OMG I must have left it at the info center an hour ago…the crew told me I had 10 min before they would close the gates so I SPRINTED like a quarter mile to the info desk and asked the girl there if she had seen a passport. (Thank goodness I was wearing Lorna Janes and Nikes!) She didn’t really understand me and kept telling me there was no lost and found either. I almost cried. I thought, OMG I am gonna be stuck in China. I sprinted back to accept my doom.

I decided to check one last time and pull EVERYTHING out of my bag. Then there it was. My passport, lodged between a tight corner of a too-deep pocket. UGHHHHHHHH.

Well at least I got a workout in, right?

SCARY!!!!

I am a longtime fan of Pilates. It is the best thing to combat my scoliosis.

Oh my, that is the worst! Happened to me the other day on my way to work. (I’m a flight attendant, so thats pretty important!) For some reason I got half way to the train and just thought, hum did my passport make it into my purse? I checked and no! I had to run, dragging my suitcase back home, uphill and there it was, lying on my floor! Luckily I had been doing your workouts so I wasn’t to dead afterwards, and hey I got my work out in!

Hey Cassey, you must be happy to be going home! Travelling can be so stressful sometimes! Especially when things don’t go as smoothly as you would like. You must have been so freaked with your passport missing. Anyway, can’t wait to see the new collection! Summer is coming so I will shortly put a post about fitness and eating well and will totally mention you in it ’cause you’re the reason I love working out! Keep doing what you do, you inspire so many people!

I can’t wait to see the new summer line! It sounds like it is going to be incredible.
Totally love the challenge this week, it actually totally syncs up with my plans. I am planning on setting up a little yoga quiet zone in the spare room in my home. Never worked out in there, actually hardly ever go in there, so it should be awesome…here is hoping at least.
