It’s def not Thursday anymore so most of you have probably already found this video by now! I filmed a lower abs workout for you that fetaures some new moves that I’ve never taught you before! You’re going to need paper plates again. Yes. I know. Paper plates for carpet or rags for a slick floor.

The Plate Pullback and the Criss Cross Pike (1st and 2nd moves) are difficult and can be tough on the arms. If you are a beginner, do not worry. Just do as many as you can and build up to it.

Remember that a firm mid section and flat lower abs don’t just come from doing ab exercises. It is about getting rid of that layer of fat on top of your abs.     This is an amazing workout… however I am have a hard time doing the first workout because I was blessed with a booty and it hits the floor. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to avoid this?

    Ok, so I finally did this lower ab workout and WOW! It was so tough. Right now my lower abs are so worked they feel like somebody is stretching them out. I absolutely loved this video! The first couple moves were ones that I have not done before either, so that was really awesome. I actually did an hour of POP cardio today and 50 minutes of POP pilates today, but I tried to make sure that I did videos that I have never done before. I ended up doing one ab video that I had done before, but other than that everything was virgin territory today. And man, after cardio I was sweating soooo hard it was insane!! I guess you could say I was training insane…..? p.s. Cassey, this is one of my favourite workout outfits of all time. Those shorts make every outfit spectacular.

    I think for our next challenge, we should do a burpee challenge! Yeah, that’s right, 3 minutes of burpees!!! It would be a total body workout for sure! Plus it would be SUPER challenging!!! Not sure what song, though… 🙂
