    I was finally able to do most of the moves that have you in the plank position and i only had to go on my knees a few times. Even with sore chest area i most definitely gotten stronger, thank you Cassey

    This video is awesome! A huge shout out to Jackie because she was motivating. I usually struggle to keep up with Cassey, so being able to always look back at Jackie for a modification was encouraging. It also felt amazing when I didn’t need the modification and could push myself beyond that. So thank you!

    I really enjoyed this, Cassey! I have never been to a POP Pilates class before, but it reminded me of doing your song challenges back to back. Thank you for posting this. A lot of the songs seem really happy and bubbly. I like the song challenges that have more of a dance grove to them too, like the Shape of You Thighs. I’d love to see one with “The Middle” or “No Excuses.”

    This workout wasn’t at all what I was thinking. Most trainers focus on the body and cardio, but you, Cassey added flexibility AND balance! I also thought it would be traditional pilates, but I was proven wrong again. I thoroughly enjoyed this work out and I normally hate the trainers while doing this, but I didn’t hate it one bit. I enjoyed myself and I can still function and no bruising on my legs. Thank you Cassey!
