    Cassey, Loved this Video!! Completed it!! Pilates is my Favorite way to move because it looks like a Dance.. the way we move when we are doing it!

    I found this really hard! afraid that I got discouraged and had to turn it off because I couldn’t do any of the moves! really disappointing as I found the rest of the pop pilates videos very rewarding
