Best of them all
that T one was killing my lower back 🙁 was i doing it wrong?
Wow Cassey, this was soooo challenging! But, you’re right; my butt and thighs are toast!
I could feel the stiffness in my butt.
I used to hate standing butt workouts because my balance was bad and I couldn’t do it… but now my balance can improve and I can really appreciate that this workout is INTENSE
i couldnt do the last one my knees were dead
I loved this one soooo much!
so difficult to balance on a burning booty!!
My legs are fatigued lol
Oh my goodness!!! My butt is so sore!!!! Love this workout!
Hi Cassey! Question: what is the difference in this session between the donkey and the attitude pose?
Oh, and i HAD a major burn! (and might have an even more serious one tomorrow). Love your workouts, thank you!
In donkey you push your flexed foot to the back, in attitude you push you leg somewhere between to the back and to the side (so like cross??) and I think the toes are pointed.
