How did Cassey think these were beginner moves?? Nevertheless, I love this program and her workout.

  2. Morgan says:

I don’t love working obliques, but I will do it for Cassey.

  3. Lahmia Hoque says:

These moves are impossible for a beginner. For some reason these hard ab workouts only hurt my lower back instead of targeting my back. I feel so bad for not being able to do anything right.

    1. Camila Quezada says:

yesss, i’m a begginer as well and i struggled a lot doing almost every move. i felt bad as well but anyway, i guess we’ll do it better eventually. let’s just move on <3

  4. Amy says:

Guys, a modified move is valid. Don’t look down on yourself because you can’t do the non-modified version of something. You will get there if you keep working at it! Promise <3

  5. Laurie says:

Not a beginners workout. Makes you want to quit when you can’t get through one move in the “proper form”.

  6. Dee says:

This does not belong in a beginner workout. I don’t mind the challenge, but if you cannot execute workouts with proper form, it really defeats the whole pilates purpose.

  7. Rachel says:

This was extremely hard! I had to modify every single exercise. But that’s OK!!! After 3 c-sections my core is shot, but i worked hard-did what I could and over time this “STELLA” will get her groove back!

  8. Kerry says:

Hi! I agree with the others here, this is very hard for a beginner! Its discouraging when you can’t do the moves, hopefully I can come back to do this someday but right now it was too tough to be able to even get a good burn from it.

I’ got sick Sunday night of my birthday so I’ve been out of it all week It’s already Thursday and have had enough of laying around with my head and throat hurting me My legs felt like lead when I got in from work last night so I. Role down and did the workouts I missed throughout the week so the end was killer and had to pace myself so that I didn’t get sick or pass out so if you are to feel the need to modify don’t be ashamed to do so

    1. Kailyn Michelle says:

      Wrote down -sorry about that

  10. Lady-J says:

Oh man! Oh man! Feel like I did something as a beginner. Thanks for the challenge! Woo!

  11. ecemmelis says:

🙁 its very hard for beginner. I can’t do all the moves

    1. ADR says:

yeah, my core isn’t ready for this workout. pretty much had to heavily modify every move. it will def be one to come back to when i get stronger.

  12. kbiaggi says:

Well that was something…lol. Omg Cassey, that last move would. not. END!!! I got pretty mad haha, but thanks for the challenge.

  13. Rachel D says:

You really plan to suffer us on your birthday, Cassey. It’s good though. HBD, CHL.

  14. Malak says:

    definitely not a beginner’s workout

  15. MW de Jesus says:

I’m following the beginner calendar and this is the first video I could only manage 25%. Sadly, the first two moves didn’t even have beginner modifications.

  16. Haley says:

I could not do the last move even with the beginner modification. It was really frustrating.

  17. inesr says:

I looooved these moves. I could feel my abs getting stronger. The last one was a killer but I’m so happy I got through this workout!

  18. lisaprettypetals says:

Loved the side dips I heard a good crack I think what my back needed cuz now no pain yay thanks💖

  19. Laura says:

I felt these more in my shoulders and lower back than my abs? Am I positioned wrong? does anyone else have this problem?

  20. Christina says:

This video was way too early in the beginner’s series. The moves are a great deal more advanced than the ones that have come thus far. I’ve been making my boyfriend (who hasn’t really done pilates ever) do this with me, and he very much didn’t feel prepared for this one at all.
