I am looking all over the site to try to find an overview, or general instructions for the monthly calendars, but don’t see anywhere. My question is, are we supposed to do each workout on the day ONCE only? Some of the videos say that we should do each one 3 or 4 times.
I believe it should be in the description box of the video
I’ve been confused about that too. The videos are old ones aren’t they? They aren’t necessarily made for this month’s workouts?
Oh wait, in the overview for this month it says to do each video once.
My understanding is that we do once each time, unless it’s PIIT/ HIIT. Those we do twice.
To my understanding, if you are following the calendar you should do it once unless is the only video. If it’s the only video, you should do it 3 or 4 times. I hope this helps!

This is my absolute favourite video! I try to follow the monthly calendar but I have ‘bad knees’ so I quite often substitute any workouts that include jumping with this one, or I just use this one as a warm-up.
