Whether it’s something physical like moving somewhere new or just changing the way you’re doing something because it’s not yielding the results you want, you have the choice to change your environment to grow better and stronger! I drew this this morning when I woke up. I suddenly had an urge to be creative. When this happens, I grasp it and just go with the flow. Do you like it? And nothing against trees guys, just sayin!
Also, I wanted to share my super simple and ultra yummy breakfast this morning. I had 1 chicken apple sausage, some spinach with sugar plum tomatoes sauteed in coconut oil, and 1 egg slightly yolky. No extra salt or seasoning used on any of this. Okay, wait, I lie, I had some sriracha :) But I wanted to show you that eating clean isn’t just about eating bland food. Real food tastes amazing! Seriously. Also, this sausage link has only 120 calories, 6g fat, 7g carbs, and 11g protein! As far as the ingredient list? Simple: skinless chicken meat, maple syrup, cane juice dried apples, salt, lemon juice, spices. You can get this at Trader Joes. It’s $3.99 for 5 links!
