Story time.

 

Nobody knows this, but I actually started developing a protein powder about 8 years ago. I was completely obsessed with trying to make the most unique, best tasting, smoothest, easiest to cook with plant-based protein powder with the most favorable macronutrients on the market!

 

I couldn’t get it perfect, so I gave up. But the dream never fizzled! When I tried again a few years later, everything clicked.

 

Sculpt + Debloat is my dream protein powder, finally come to life! I’m obsessed with the way it tastes, the way it cooks, the way it bakes, and what it’s been doing for my body on my 90 Day Journey. It’s fueling my muscles and also feeding my joy in fitness.

Recipe

Supersculpt Pancakes

The Queen of all protein pancake recipes!

Ingredients:

2 scoops Blogilates Sculpt + Debloat Protein Powder

1/3 cup liquid egg whites

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon tapioca flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

  1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a griddle or large nonstick pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter into 6 circles by the heaping tablespoon and cook for 1-2 minutes (until bubbles start to form), then flip and cook for 30-seconds-1 minute, or until golden and cooked through. 
  4. Top with fresh fruit, nut butter, Monk Fruit syrup or powdered Monk Fruit sweetener.
