Bikini Blaster Series


  1. Just wondering how are we supposed to use these 7 videos to get the best results. Do you do one a day or all seven everyday? Advice please please please!

  2. The bikini blaster videos won’t play for me. Only the one that is desplayed can be played everything else just won’t. Same thing happens when I click on any others like abs, arms, total body… only the desplay video plays.

  9. Cassey, several of your ab videos really hurt my wrists. Do you have any tips for strengthening them? I can do all of the ab moves if I stay on my elbows, so it’s not a problem with my core strength. My wrists hurt! :(

    • If your weight is more in the heel and palm of your hand your wrist will end up aching. Try spreading your fingers out and then shifting your weight more towards them. It’s kind of hard to describe but you will feel the difference.

  10. Hi I did the leg exercises. I am so sore! But overly so, I feel like I have injured myself. Do you think you could make videos of more in depth stretching exercises?

    I’m confused as to how I log this workout onto my weighttraining profile. Help! I just want a ballpark estimate of the calories I burned during this workout.

  12. My booty def burned after doing this workout! I ended up strapping two ankle weights together and used that as my weight. Personally when I just use a weight, it always falls out during the exercise and then I have to fuss to get it back into position. By using the ankle weights, I was able to loop them around my leg and still totally feel the burn when doing my reps.

    Just thought I’d share :)

Something is wrong with the website’s calculation of calories for bikini blaster 1… i just went through all the work of signing up and saying I did the workout, only to be told I just burned 1,336 calories. Yeah right. I see other people in the newsfeed burning 500-600 calories with this workout. There’s no way…. can anyone share a more accurate number? I’m 5’4 121 pounds.

  18. Just did the Bikini Blaster 1 workout once and you KILLED me. I hope to be able to do it more than once a day by next week. Its been a while since I worked out so will do it once a day to start and add another one. Thinking of the abs or butt.
    I’ve been following you and subscribed for a while but finally got off my butt to do one. Wish me luck on continuing.

    Just did the Bikini Blaster 6 Booty Booty Booty Workout (what a mouthful!) and ohhh my goodness. Didn’t think I was going to make it through! Fab workout ;) maybe the next song challenge could be for arms, different kinds of pushups maybe? There’s tons of lower body challenges but only one for arms! That would be awesome. I’m currently in love with the song Where Have You Been by Rihanna, just throwin’ it out there. Thanks for making these for us, you’re the best!

  26. I think it’s funny how you always say “if your wrist is killing you, do this,” for side planks because my wrist holds up just fine, but my upper arms are what kill me. Haha. I can definitely feel a difference after doing some of these workouts though. It makes me want to keep going even if I’m still sore from the last one!

    ok, so I love your videos, your so motivational and always happy which encourages me to work out, I just have a major problem with eating. I will binge and over eat but no amtter how much water I drink and fruit, because I have a major sweet tooth. Any tips to help me not binge on chocolate? Oh and any help with losing a ‘double’ chin, I get really self concious about it (I know my snacking doesnt help -_-)

    • I have insulin resistance and I know what you mean — once I get started on sugar, it’s hard to stop. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist, so take this with a grain of salt, but here are some things that have worked for me:
      1) If you can, go off sugar for a week. Completely. You will find that it’s easier to satisfy your sweet tooth after that. Keep the sugars in your house limited, if possible.
      2) Have lots of protein to balance your carbohydrates, including fruit, grains, and sugar. Protein will slow your body’s response to the carbs, so you’ll slow the roller coaster a bit.

      I hope this helps :-) We who have a ridiculous sweet tooth have to help each other out ;-)

    So… I have been doing your amazing Bikini 3 Ab workout religious (love, LOVE, LOVE!! it), and I was wondering if there are common mistakes to doing those moves.

    Why? My top abs are coming out crooked. Crooked?! Is that okay?

Hey cassey! before i ask my question just wanted to say how much i love you :) anyways i just did your awesomsauce arms video. it was fabulous i just need to get heavier weights. but my arms like so saggy i feel like. like i have the “bat wing” and i still have fat on them but once i do lose more weight will that area look better than it does now? or do you have any suggestions of what i could do?

  39. I love the idea of this workout…but my arms are weak (for now…hope to increase arm strength!) and I can’t do that much plank! I’ve heard to go down to elbows in stead of straight arms, but its difficult to do some of these moves on elbows. Any suggestions?

    • Should probably mention its the abs!abs!abs! vid. specifically. I tried it today, doing as much as I could.

        Paige, instead of supporting your whole body weight on your arms in plank, you could modify placing your palms on a step/sturdy chair, etc., until you get stronger.

  40. Hey Cassey! I just wanted to say how effective your workouts are! i really wasnt expecting to sweat this much! Im on the high school track team, and you make me sweat as much as a practice in heat and sun does! I lovvvee your bikini blaster workout and im soooo happy that i went to Pinterest and found you! PS: im thinking of majoring in college for dietetics or nutrition, so you are an inspiration to me :)

  45. Just did your bikini blaster 1 and loved that you included burpees :) I’m a kickboxer and Pilates teacher and we hate doing burpees in our kickboxing classes but I never thought of incorporating them into a cardio workout for Pilates. I’m so going to include them in my Pilates routines.

I just did bikini blaster 2 parts 1&2 and I really liked your stretch at the end but just wanted to mention that stretching your butt after a leg workout is important (esp after squats) and it would be awesome if you could show us some butt stretches as I only do two that really work for me but it feels so good to stretch that part of your body!
