CONGRATS!!! You completed the Beginner’s calendar! I’m so proud of you!!! Enjoy your rest day tomorrow and then it is time for you to get started on the monthly calendars! Let’s go! CLICK TO START!

  • Kelsey D.

HELL YEAH!!! I actually stuck with this and finished it!!! So proud :)

  • Vammi

OMGOSH GUYS. It took me two months instead of one! I was watching the fat burning ladder and I was all I can’ttt, but I modified it to be low impact the best I could and I still got a great workout from it. Not sure where to go next as calendars look intense!!! I haven’t made a lot of gains, but I can tell really subtle things that my thighs and abs have gotten stronger. I still take lots of breaks, but its ok to go slow and steady!

  • Bernarduchis Calvillo

Wow… WOW. I managed one WHOLE month of exercise. I honestly didnt thought I was going to make it. I thought I was going to give up after a couple of days like I did before. I remember struggling with the roll-ups the first days and now those are the easiest part of them all!
Just one thing: I despise working out so much. Everytime Cassey says we love the pain I’m like: “No. I hate it with a passion of a thousands suns.”
But I need this for health. It’s good for the body.
At the end of the day, I super proud I finished! Now I’m going to go back to the start of the beginners calendar and do one day of pilates and one day of yoga (there’s this monthly challenge Im excited to try).

  • Patricia Desmet

WoW, I never thought i would pull through! The Rollup’s. One moth ago, I could not do them without holding on to my thighs and now I can do about 15! This is a victory!
I’m starting this calendar again, not ready for the real stuff! 😊
Come on girls and boys! If I can, you can! 💜💜💜

  • Elizabeth Allen

Finished! I feel so much stronger now and my bum definitely looks rounder and I can do full front splits for the first time in my life. I’m so proud of myself. Onward to the September calendar!

  • Karen Rooth

Done!! Woo hoo!! and now I’m cream crackered :D

  • Elizabeth

Guys, I don’t feel like I’ve done a month! It feels like a long week has passed but honestly, ITS BEEN FOUR WEEKS!!! WE DID IT!! If there is anyone out there like me who cried a lot during this calendar because they were discouraged that they didn’t get through a video, or discouraged that people in the comments seemed to be getting more stronger…and many other reasons, let me tell you. You are on or have finished your last day. 90% of people would find this calendar and not try to finish it or give up in the middle. YOU ARE ON YOUR LAST DAY! You are part of the MINORITY that is a TRUE BEAST and has FINISHED or is on the FINAL STRETCH. FINISH, YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I was discouraged that I didn’t get much stronger but even if I didn’t, I have another monthly calendar to tackle and I know I WILL GET STRONGER!!!

  • Elizabeth

I finished. I don’t feel very accomplished but more determined. I feel determined to work harder and to get stronger and faster. I loved that first video. It helped me get over yesterday’s HIIT video which I sucked at. I will do the workout calendars and I will succeed and I will become super athletic!

  • Emm

Wahoo! Thank you Casey! ;) I really love the ladder too, so fun – hard, but fun. So stoked that I completed the calendar, yeeha onto August!

  • gabizanatta

I stopped working out in 2014 when I got sick, and I’m so proud to have finished the beginner’s calendar today! I still have a lot of trouble breathing through exercises like HIIT, but it’s important to remember to do things at my own pace so I don’t hurt myself. I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress in the last month, and I can’t wait to continue.

Also: I can touch my toes for the first time in my life.

Thank you so much for this, Cassey <3

  • tinyshinycello

I did it!!! I’m so proud of myself!

  • Jasmine Khatri

Beginners calendar done!!! So proud! Now onto the July Calendar!

  • Lily

Finally finished! I feel so accomplished (and sore)! I’ll hop right into the upcoming July calendar, but until then, I’ll do some more days from this calendar. So proud of myself and of every else! :)

  • Laura

OMGGGG !! Day 27 done!! I am actually so proud of myself for making it through. I can see the change, but, what is more important, I can FEEL the change. I am stronger, happier and the only thing stopping me from being 100% helathy and happy, is food. :D Well, if I could do this craazy workouts without stopping, I can totaly eat less chocolate, right?! Let´s begin the new challenge :)

  • Tammy Winters

Well, I started May 1 and finally finished! I actually finished something!! That’s pretty amazing for me because I NEVER finish anything! The first 2 videos killed me. She said jump and I said I can’t! After the 2nd video I just lay on the floor and didn’t want to move. The booty exercises got hard but I like that I’m working my booty! Yay! I did it! I’m going to do the beginners calendar again until July the start on the July calendar! Here we go!

  • Olivia

    I feel horrible.
I feel like I can’t do anything and I feel like my abs have gotten weaker… I am going to redo the calander.
    Anyone else feel the same?

  • Youssra azaf

yayayy I did it I finished even that I had a lot of trouble but I continued because I always thought that if I stop now I will go back to being lazy even I didin’t lose a lot of weight- because I did eat some sweet things but I did change a lot , and I got stronger and I felt better after every workout so I love thank you cassey. so don’t give up this is just the beginning of I new whole life for me .so who is with me and finished it now

  • Lily

I am still in day 19 but reading everyone else’s completion motivates me. Congrats to everyone who made it to the end, I’ll see you there soon! :)

    • Dolapo Kuforiji

Lol. This is me right now!! I’m in day 10 haha!

      • Alex

        same here :P

  • melloriya

I can’t believe it, but I finished the first video without any pauses. I am so proud of myself! It looked like I could also do the second video without any pauses, but that last exercise killed me.
I can’t wait to start the month calendar!

  • Raphaelle Cantin

oh my goooood! I could almost to them all! Except I did skip the last crunches because my lower back could not take it anymore. But still I did the whole rest :D Sweat was dripping, it was not pretty but I feel very proud to have done the whole calendar. And getting to write here at the end of all the videos did help :) Thanks guys!

  • girlfromdenmark

    • Raphaelle Cantin

We diiiid :D Did you keep going?

      • girlfromdenmark

Yup! Jumped straight into the April calendar!

        • Raphaelle Cantin

  • popster4life

  • Anja

  • Izabela

Hi Cassey. If you are reading that I just want to say big THANK YOU. I am recovering after very bad foot injury which put me off from running. But since I started doing your workout I feel amazing and fit again. I could do most of the exercises or modifications. And I could forget for a while that I need crutches to walk. I enjoyed every minute and I am going to keep working on your monthly calendars. Thanks again?

  • Bethany

I did it! I am so proud of myself, and of everyone else!
I was so happy with the timing, just in time for the March Calendar!

  • Sthefania

Guys I did it!! I finished the calendar!! I am so proud of myself and happy!! I may not have lost much weight but I’m feeling better about myself! the last video had me all sweaty and my skin turned pink haha. :D

  • Jenna

Wow what a journey. I did not do this 30 days in a row, but I did complete and thats what matters. It’s amazing to see my growth.

  • Sammy

this last week was SOO intense. Going to redo the last week until I can do the reps fully before moving onto regular monthly calendars. First time finishing a full calendar through! WOOHOO!

    • Sarah Olson

Same here! Been trying to decide what to do because I don’t think I’m at the level of the monthly calendar yet but not far enough away to do the entire month again! Good idea!
This last week was a challenge!

    • Jenna

Thats smart, redoing the hardest week.

  • Keyla Mary Ferreras Feliz

OOOOH MY GOSH!! that was intense!
day 27 doooone! I finish the beginners calendars, I’m surprised that I finished haha, but i don’t know if start this calendar again or the monthly calendar…

  • Sarah

Amazing work to everybody for completing the beginner calendar! I am so proud of myself for really sticking to the calendar and pushing myself as hard as I can. I did the whole ladder video without stopping which I was super proud of myself for! The second video was quite a bit trickier but I tried as hard as I could to complete as many reps as I could. As for the final video, I love working out my butt so that was great fun! Congrats to everyone and let’s kill it on the regular monthly calendars!

  • Andra

I had off days inbetween and today I had to do the last two days in one, but I did manage to finish the beginner’s calendar within January!! Kinda proud of myself and so eager to move onto the regular calendars!! I lost around 2 kg, but more importantly I think my body toned down quite a bit and I can see some muscles where they didn’t exist before. Almost sad I didn’t take any measurements before I started! As for eating, I only dropped candy and potato chips, otherwise I ate out and with friends just like normally: I’m actually tyring to make this a lifestyle change and not just a quick diet. But the most amazing thing was, I have never have had such an easy time dropping unhealthy foods and exercising regurlarly!! Usually tyring to stop eating candy is the most difficult thing on earth for me, but this time I didn’t even notice the time passing. Cassey’s style of exercise seems to be exactly the kind that suits me just great. Now I only gotta try to keep the work up and remember that even if I have lik three off days, I can always just come right back after that and the results won’t have completely disappeared in three days! Thank you Cassey for a great month I spent with you beginner’s calendar!

  • BW Oreo

Literally sweating buckets! :D Phew! What an inteeeense workout!

  • Tiphaine

What a great last day!! I really liked doing the ladders and it felt good to finish strong. I am so proud to have made it through this beginner calendar. I’ve tried a lot of other programs (insanity, 30 day shred, C25K) and I liked them, but would always stop after two or three weeks.
I chose to do blogilates because I wanted to find a way to ease myself into making exercise a part of my every day life, instead of something I do off and on when I force myself.
Now that this is finished, I’m moving on to the January program and will also start the Zombies run 5K program to add more cardio to my exercise. I’m so excited to keep going and to keep getting stronger and healthier. Congratulations to everyone who made to day 27!

  • Emily

It took me 2 months to finish this calendar between work getting crazy, holiday travelling, and getting the flu, but I’m so so so proud of myself for finishing!! I’m gonna try to start the January calendar tomorrow, but part of my 2017 plan is to be kinder to myself – so if that calendar is too hard for me, I’ll just re-do this one until I’m ready to move up. Keep working everyone! :)

  • Jenny

Im on my last video, and i cant wait to start the January calender, i have never felt more proud of myself and more amazing in my life.

  • As

Proud of myself for finishing the Beginner’s 2.0 calendar without missing any days. I also managed to make it through the entire Fat Burning Ladder with no breaks and no modifications which seriously surprised me (granted I was super exhausted by the criss-crosses in the second vid and had to take brief breaks during the booty video, but I still pushed myself!) So excited to take on the January 2017 calendar and 28 Day Reset Challenge :)

    • Elizabeth

YAS I MADE IT TOOOO WE DID IT!!! I’m 14 and I so want to do next months September Calendar can’t waiiit!! But I think I will repeat last week just to get stronger and be in time for September! Please tell me was the 28 day reset worth it? I want to do it but I’m still young and my mom says I need things like gluten and dairy to survive and grow (I’m already off sugar I’m a diabetic) but please tell me if it’s worth it!

      • Charlotte

Might be a bit late but I know you definitely don’t need dairy to ‘survive and grow’, I’ve 16 and have been vegan for a year (so no dairy for me) and I’ve had blood tests done to make sure I’m healthy. I know people who are gluten intolerant and that haven’t eaten gluten their wholes lives and are healthy. Try to research more about it but don’t feel like you have to do the 28 day reset to be healthy. Hope this helps!

  • Jackie

I honestly cannot believe I finished this calendar. When I originally started I figured I was going to quit the second week in at most but to be this far and look back and see I did a whole month is simply amazing. I am so proud of myself (We all should be!). So excited to start the next chapter of my workout journey! <3 stay strong, stay beautiful, stay proud!
