Strawberry Matcha Layered Latte

Place strawberries in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 1 minute.
In a food processor or blender, blend thawed strawberries, lemon j uice, and maple syrup until it becomes a smooth puree. Set aside.
Combine ½ cup of the milk and 1 scoop of the protein powder. Whisk or blend with a handheld frother until combined and smooth. Add matcha powder, if using.
Fill a glass about halfway with ice. Pour strawberry puree in the bottom, coming up the sides of the glass a little.
Pour the plain milk over the strawberries.
Finally, pour your matcha protein mixture as the final layer.
How pretty!!! Serve with a straw, and enjoy.
