Add the milk, oats, protein powder, flax and sweetener to a medium pot and heat stovetop for 5 minutes or until thick and hot. (Alternatively, you can cook for 2 minutes in a microwave). Adjust the amount of milk to suit your desired texture and thickness.
Transfer to a bowl and swirl in the peanut butter and jelly.
