Dairy Free Eggnog
Dairy free eggnog that's perfectly thick, creamy and super easy to make!

- 2 cups almond milk
- 3 egg whites
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients - I like to put it in a blender and blend for a minute or two, but you can also just whisk everything together! The key is to get the mixture well-combined and a little frothy.
Pour mixture into a pot and simmer for 15 min or so – don’t let it boil!
Then chill mixture in fridge overnight.
Serve on Christmas morning and pour into nice cups and sprinkle with extra cinnamon!!
