Chili-Lime Grilled Corn
The easiest, most flavorful way to make corn!

- 4 Fresh ears of corn
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 Lime
- Sea salt
- Chili-lime seasoning Trader Joe's, Tajín, or Target are my faves!
- Butter (optional)
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
Shuck the corn and rub with the oil.
Place on the grill and turn every 2 minutes for about 10 minutes or until the corn is tender and with grill marks.
Quarter the lime and rub all over the corn. Sprinkle each one with salt and seasoning.
If desired, drizzle with butter.
Grilled corn is tasty on its own, but I also love using it in my Cilantro-Lime Corn Salad!
