Chili-Lime Grilled Corn

The easiest, most flavorful way to make corn!

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh ears of corn
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 Lime
  • Sea salt
  • Chili-lime seasoning Trader Joe's, Tajín, or Target are my faves!
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Shuck the corn and rub with the oil.
  • Place on the grill and turn every 2 minutes for about 10 minutes or until the corn is tender and with grill marks.
  • Quarter the lime and rub all over the corn. Sprinkle each one with salt and seasoning.
  • If desired, drizzle with butter.

Notes

Grilled corn is tasty on its own, but I also love using it in my Cilantro-Lime Corn Salad!
