Am I the only one who, when clicking directly on the link from her monthly calendar (December) to this video, it redirects me to a scam website? It’s putting me to a “join” Facebook or an “adobe connect flash player update.” I just hope her website hasn’t beeh hacked. 🙂 Love you Cassey!
Oops, sorry I meant to put this on the bikini body workout. That is the one it happens to me on.
The last move had me sweating profusely but that shows that I was doing something.
The last move looked really really SUPER crazy but I was able to do it. I’m just gonna thank Cassey because her videos have really helped me over the past couple of weeks and they’ve helped me in building my strength and my confidence in my body 🙂
