I have to say, I’m actually glad to see someone struggling and taking breaks with Cassey during this 30 day challenge! I was dreading this one. Don’t worry, Rosanna, sit-ups are so difficult…we were all right there with you! Haha. Although, I chose to watch the video and then went back to day 6 video to follow along as I opted for crunches and didn’t want to get confused by how many I was doing. I’ve heard that sit-ups are really hard on the back and hip flexors, and I already have back issues, so I stuck with crunches.
This was the funniest sit ups challenge EVER!!

Cassey & Rosanna you ladies cracked me up!! I’m glad we took breaks for the simple fact that I was laughing with you!! & this was WAY difficult!! I put heavy ankle weights on to brace me, which worked out pretty well to my surprise!!
