    Hi, Blogilates team. Please could you change the metadata on this video, so it’s possible to find it on the blog. Because it’s called Booty Pop it doesn’t come up if you search for ‘Booty Poppin’ which is what you’ve called it on the monthly calendar. Thank you xx

    This is great as the only workout, but these and some (but not all) other PITT workouts have you do only one side in some of the moves, and you are left wondering what to do when they are part of a workout.

      If it’s part of the calendar workout, you’re supposed to do this video twice. I am lazy and usually choose to just repeat only the moves that I need to work the other side. lol

      No, you just do them once. I also just repeated the moves that she did only on one side in this video, I didn’t do the whole video twice.

    This, is AMAZING. I did t just once cause I did the another calendar video and a bunch other stuff so my time is up, but I repeated the parts of the video that were just one side at a time to get both sides. That way I do them equally long but don’t spend much more time. either way, just came to say i LOVED this!!! <3 Looking fwd to trying more PIIT videos 😀

    I also switch kegs halfway thru. I can’t imagine playing thru the full video twice when Im doing the calendar workout. I hope its still successful

      In the bottom right hand corner there is a box that you can click to make the video fullscreen.

    Does anyone else play the video only once but just skips back a minute to do the other side for those double moves? I’ve got the rest of the calendar to work on and only so much time!

      I actually just switch legs halfway through…I know I shouldn’t but I really hate doing the same video twice in a row.

      I did the 45 seconds on one leg and then repeated that part of the video to do 45 more seconds but with the opposite leg, so that I’m not just doing half the workout!
