I know a lot of you are having special events this month…from Prom to Graduation to Weddings…POPsters are living their best lives and I’m SO proud!

It’s so awesome to know that some of you have been with me since 2009 (oh boy the early days – I just had graduated from college!!!) and now some of us are getting married, having kids, and just GROWING UP! But you know what kept us all connected? Our love for fitness. For wellness. For appreciating our bodies. I am so grateful to have you in my life!

Now, on to the May 2019 calendar! Look at that taco themed background! How cute is that!?? I love tacos. Once I tried a fried avocado taco and it made me so happy. If you’re ever in Los Angeles, check out Tacos Tu Madre. I honestly like the avocado taco way better than the regular carne asada taco! UGH SO GOOD. I am salivating.

    OMG honey I could really use some advice and help here How do I deal with a bully??? I am seriously terrified of her and always wind up shaky and upset My friend is so blind to it that she calls me out on being rude and tells me that – that person would never hurt me I have had to correct her on it more than once and how two of my other friends know and that she can believe whatever she wants to believe. But that I’m actually telling her the truth when I say that that person has hurt me more than once I don’t know what to do How can I help her to understand the truth and deal with the bully I just want her gone Help!!!!!!!

    Was doing the best I could with your workouts without it being too much on my knee While I did what I could with the dance workouts I wound up with a splinter in my foot and don’t know how to make it through the next two workouts it freaks me out trying to get it out cause I’ve never been able to do that myself it’s really been a rough week for me I also dropped my bag and got water everywhere from icing knee last night and woke up with a giant bug on my blinds I feel like crying right now and wish I had a friend like u right now I could turn to

        Thank you I appreciate it Epsom salt with warm water pulled it out finally so that my Mom could easily get it and I just took three ibuprofen for my knee with a small snack I know better not to take that much on an empty stomach

        Finally got the splinter out and was back to work at PATH by that Friday I had a ton of cans to mark We had two huge food drives. just that weekend so I still have my work cut out for me this coming week One of my best friends growing up is also giving me her Zumba dvds and am still looking at the chance of teaching both Zumba and Pop Pilates at the gym I go to I’m already Zumba certified just need my Pop Pilates one and may have the money by then to take some extra yoga classes and am looking at getting yogi certified as well These are my goals and am hoping to get there and achieve them soon

    Cassey iid also really like to know how to get in touch with you I am very much the dancer and from time I’ve caught myself on throwing some of your moves into my own routines I’ve come up with and would love a chance to be able to share that with you I only if that’s ok

    We were stretching last night after Zumba class I don’t even know what I did or how it happened but I found myself in pain and couldn’t get myself to straighten my knee My teacher figured.I Just hyperextended it My mom said the same thing and she’s been in the medical field for years All she has to do is look at the signs and symptoms and where it hurts to know what’s up I haven’t missed a day yet I want to keep up with the calendar but I woke up in pain I can straighten my knee finally but it still really hurts What would you suggest I’m scared right now and I don’t know what to do

      You can split it up according to your schedule My work schedule is sporadic so I do it when I get the chance to

      I have two little nieces myself My nieces have a trip going up under me while in my bridge and my ten year old niece helps me work on those also by picking me using just her feet See if they may interested in playing with u by making a game out of the workouts It may help

    Hey Cassey I love the new calendar so cute! But can you change up the body part we work for next month? It’s always arms Sunday, booth Monday, etc. I know u used to change it monthly..is there a reason you don’t anymore? Still love ur videos though thanks for all the amazing content and intense workouts!!

    I’ve been a Popster for 2 years love it and love you Cassey. I work out early in the morning before work. Gives me energy to get through the day and keeps my eating in check. I do wonder why you put the new videos on Monday? Because I find the Monday workouts aren’t added to your play list until later in the day. Minor I know but I’m a by the book kinda girl. Like to check my work outs off on the calendar when I’m done. Lately I’ve been doing the Tuesday workout on Monday then switch. Thank you for everything you do. Your positive body image has helped me through a lot of sad days.

      I’m the same when my parents are home Saturday mornings I wait till bibjear them getting up to figure out what’s up when mom says they are about to go out and eat and scooter – poor around I wait till then then to do my workouts if not then I’ll seitch it with the stretch day in other words I’ll switch days too. in order to fit it around their schedule and am not afraid to double my workouts if I have to I know Cassey means well when she tells us to tell others to her down on the mat and join us but it doesnt mean we have a right to talk back to anyone im by the book as the well I’ve taken Casey’s advice a couple of times and landed myself in hot water so be careful of how you take it

    You talking about favorite superheroes in Fight the Fat workout got me thinking how you have asked our opinions on cool Halloween costume ideas for you too Well my favorite has always been Popeye and was thinking how cute y’all would look as Popeye and Olive Oul with Sir George as Sweet Pea But it’s just a thought and wanted a chance to share it with you

        I tell many about you and your workouts You are very good at what you do and I admire you for it I was asked with some openings that have come up now what would I do if I found out you were teaching a class there My friend Karen actually asked me that question after doing one of your ab workouts She said my reaction answered her question considering how speechless I was and was wiping tears from my face I don’t know how I would respond if I met you for real You are just so inspiring and it’s means a lot to me knowing how you aren’t just my trainer You’re my role model

      You can watch the videos before hand to know what to expect modify when you feel like you need to and you should be fine I struggle myself as well I m not the best when it comes to my balance and can’t hold a bridge or squat to save my life but I do the best I can and that’s all Cassey is willing to ask from anyone Just do what you can and if you have to split up the workout or the videos there is no shame in doing so You have a strong support system here and we’ve got your back You can do this Just don’t give up We are all in this together

    I was hoping you already had out the new May calendar I always write down my workouts the night before so that I can have it for the next day I am super excited you added the 100 burpee burnout My friends think I’m crazy when it comes to that but it’s about training insane or remain the same Thank you for this I’m getting to get my workout on and write down my workout for tomorrow morning I love you and your sister both so much and I hope you both have a good May I also I hope you Sam and Sir George are doing well That puppy is too adorable I have a puppy too but he isn’t that hyper He goes in the other room when I workout it’s just that he gets it from me considering I’m one to keep to myself a lot Kick back relax and read when I have a chance too I have many many bookshelves in my room and will catch him from time nosying though a couple of them like he wants to check one out too and to answer your one question about what book you think you should read in your one apt friendly workout I would say these three considering they are my Personal favorites You may enjoy them : “ Moby Dick “ “Great Expectations “ and “ The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”Congratulations on your wedding you deserve to be happy Our Little Cassey is all grown up We love you so much and I hope you the best in life
