Hey guys!

HAPPY MARCH! (Well for me, there’s still one more day, but BASICALLY!)

Here is your new March 2015 Workout Calendar. The official hashtag is #MarchofthePOPsters. When I saw this I almost died. I mean, it is the most perfect hashtag ever and makes me laugh. I keep imagining, March of the Penguins but replace them with POPsters and we’re all waddling along 😛

Anyway, your workout schedule looks like this:

Sunday: Bunday (butt)

Monday: Legs & Thighs

Tuesday: Core Crusher

Wednesday: Hump Day HIIT

Thursday: Arms ‘n Back

Friday: Relax ‘n Revive (For stretch day, make sure you download the free Blogilates app and subscribe to the calendar to see my exclusive “Revitalizing Stretch Routine.”)

Saturday: Total Body

Also, I want you to pair every day with the super simple moves in the 30 Day Thigh Slimming Challenge. It’s quick and will take no more than a few min in the beginning to get started. You can do these right when you wake up or spread em out throughout the day. Please print it out, paste it up, or save it and invite your friends, family, and co-workers to join in on the challenge!

I haven’t got the email for the password. 🙁

  2. Jordan says:

Angela: eat more protein. You’re probably weak because of your diet, which means that you can’t finish the workouts with as much gusto and can’t feel as sore or grow as strong. Protein will help your muscles grow, which is (from my “baby” understanding) why they’re sore after a workout. Keep smiling!

  3. Kiera says:

how are you supposed to confirm your subscription if you never get the confirmation email?!!

  4. Angela says:

Hey guys! So I finally decided to commit to blogilates starting with this workout calendar. The first few weeks I did the workouts I was so energetic and keeping up (for the most part), and my muscles would be so sore, but I LOVED that feeling, because I knew I was actually putting work in. But recently, the past few days I have been so week and tired during my workouts. I just feel so shaky in all of my muscles, all of my energy that I had the first few weeks is gone. And I don’t feel soreness anymore. I think I’m not sore anymore because my body is now more use to it. Is that a thing? Or should I still feel sore after every workout. But that still doesn’t explain the weakness and overall lethargic feeling I get during every workout. Can someone please explain to me what I may be doing wrong?

I’ve been doing Cassie’s videos on youtube for a while, but would like to sign up and get the meal plans. I’m relatively new to this, so I have a few important questions… Does is cost money to sign up for a subscription or newsletter? Does it cost ANY money to get the meal plans. Any info from current popsters would be much appreciated!!!:)

    1. Bella says:

It does not cost any money whatsoever to get newsletters or sign up for the calendars and/or meal plans. Literally just sign up, confirm your subscription and then you should get an email with the code for the month, once you have entered this code in for the calendars, the meal plans should become available. It is completely free. Hope this helped (: xxxxx

    1. Nadia says:

Hey! I had that problem also, try to put your foot thats in front of you down, bend it down on the floor.

  21. Jolene says:

I think it would be easier if the links are there. What do you mean by “New Video”? I could not click on it at all.

  22. Allison says:

    no more playlist?

    1. menka says:

even i cant find workouts post 7th march??

  23. Joly says:

Hey guys, how long would you say it takes on average to complete all the videos? Are they pretty intense? TIA

    1. Jennifer says:

      Hey, Joly!
I would say it takes 1-2 hours. It depends on how long you take your breaks in-between videos or breaks in-between each exercise in each video.
Cassey’s workouts are always intense! If, it’s too much you should start the Beginner’s Calendar 2.0 which takes about 1 hour. Then move to the regular monthly calendars.
      Goodluck! x
      Jen

    2. Ally says:

It usually takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes, but some days it goes a little longer or shorter.

  24. Cathy says:

    Hey 🙂

So I’ve been sick for a week. I had a really high fever and didn’t work out at all 🙁 Now my motivation and momentum are gone. Any tips how to get back on track?

    1. Zelda says:

How to Push Through a Tough Workout: http://youtu.be/U21mMMK7ucg

      1. Cathy says:

Thank you 🙂 That’s a great video. I’ve never seen it before.

  25. Carrie says:

hey so today’s the 9th of march and i just got this calender so am i supposed to start from day 1 or just go to 9 already? :/

    1. kerrie says:

i think you can just start at 9, but you can start from 1 if you’d like

  26. Menahil says:

These daily workouts take way too long. With exams and assignments I barely have any time. I can’t spare so much time each say to exercise. What would you recommend I do if I have only twenty minutes each day!?

    1. Hannah says:

I’d probably recommend HIIT workout, but try and vary it. 20mins is better than nothing! 🙂

    2. Lindsay says:

Hey! I would say just do what you have time for. Maybe try picking one or two videos each day that target the area you want to work. There are some good stretching videos you could do too if you are having a really busy day and just want a 10-15 minute break from studying. I love the feel good soul stretches and best stretches to relieve low back pain. So good after sitting all day!

    3. Sarah says:

I have the same problem. Like Lindsay said try picking a few or doing stretches. I am doing the 30 day challenges (abs, butt, thigh) you could try that as well. all day ones, day twos, etc. Hope that that’s. Good luck on exams.

  27. Sydney Wuensch says:

Cassey!!! I just finished extreme abs ugh I’m still shaking. Loved and hated every second of it… I died with that earthquake!! Xxx

  28. trisha says:

why arent the videos liked here?

    1. trisha says:

      sorry i meant linked*

    2. Jessica H says:

I was just trying to figure that out.

      1. Sunny says:

If you look at Cassey’s you tube page, you can search all the videos there. I make a playlist of each video, them they just keep playing, and I try not to stop ☺

  29. Beatrice says:

Hi! I am really struggling To go through all Videos of the day – Would it be better To give them all a go Even if i dont finish them or to do say 3 out of 5 from start to finish? Thanks!

    1. signe says:

I think that you should just start from the top and then if you only have time, or feel like you’ve reached your limit after 3 videos that’s ok. I personally don’t always have the time to do all 5 videos, and i feel like it’s better to give my fullest in 3 videos, than to do some of all 5 because it makes the workout kind of weird and inconsistent. Hope that helped 😉

  30. Brooke says:

What days do you do your extra cardio? It would be helpful to know which day to put it on.

  31. Manela says:

Where can I find the videos of these month if I haven’t phone with internet????? I’ve only pc!

    1. Chiena says:

      Hey Manela!

You can find all of the videos on Youtube! Search for the title of the video on the calender or go to the Blogilates channel on youtube and search for the videos there!

Hope this will help you! If not, reply and I’ll try to help you again!

      Have a great work out!!!

    2. Chiena says:

      https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIJwWYOfsCfz6PjxbONYXSg

Here you go! The Blogilates Channel on Youtube! Just type in the title of the video that’s on the calender and add it to your playlist or whatever method you have to do the work outs.

Good luck!! And please let me know if you understand and find them or if you need any help!

  32. soo says:

It is totally hell of job, I must say!! Thank you Cassey♥ I hope done with it

  33. Julia says:

This month is the first month I´m doing the Workout calender. Last month I´ve done the beginners calender because I was not in the best shape.

My question now is; In the beginners calender there was every day a link to all the videos I have to do at this day so I don´t have to search them.
Are there also somewhere links for the march calender? Because I think it´s a bit anoying to search everyday the right videos!?
    Thanks

    1. Carrie says:

just make youtube playlist for everyday of the calender:)

  34. Leslie S says:

I really want to the stretch workout for today but how–don’t have iphone or andriod to get app.??
This should be available on you website like the other workouts??? Please add so I can do and keep up with this month challenge??? Love the workouts and videos you do Cassey!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

  35. Cindy wang says:

How do I access the revitalizing stretch video without subscribing to the monthly fee?

  36. MarisaRose says:

    1. Sopho says:

      Youtube.com/blogilates !

  39. Macy You says:

May I know what is the best time for workout?

    1. Britt says:

Anytime you can fit it into your schedule will work! I like to do mine in the afternoon because I don’t like to get up any earlier than I need to but it all depends on what works best for you. Hope this helps!

I have a quick question. After finishing all the workouts, do I still have to do cardio workout? Or can I end my workout?

    1. Paige says:

You cal always do more! But Cassey sets up the whole work out through the calendar so that we don’t have to.

  43. adrianna says:

Hi I’m just wondering if for the calendar do you do all the videos put for that day or do you pick a video from them as options and pair it with the thigh challenge? I’m wondering so that I get enough in without overwhelming myself

  44. working momma says:

I have just started with blogilaties and I love it. I havent been this sore in some time and its a great wake up call to my muscles. I have been following the march calander which I love because then I don’t have to try to decide what I’m going to do it’s already mapped out for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!!!!

  45. Chiena says:

    Hey everyone!

I just downloaded the app too. Do you guys subscribe too? Is it handy to subscribe?
I mostly use my laptop to do the work outs. But I thought it might help keep me motivated. Do you guys feel the same way? What do you think of the app?

    Hope you guys will share!

    Now let’s work out!!!!!

  46. Raquel says:

Hey cassey, i have tryed many times to start the whole full workout, always complained about my room being tiny and being weak and wtv but i guess is just me and i have to adapt and get better^^ well , i was doing the newbie workout and just figured out that it wasnt hard enough for me so, im starting again, i’m going to fight to get on better shape thank you very much for your videos:)
And with that i say xD i just finished todays month full workout, i barely feel my legs but its not such a bad feeling 😛 maybe in 3 months i ll be able to fully surprise my bf xD (LDR thing ^^)

    anyway
    thank you very much !!

  47. Megan B says:

I am very sad that the Revitalizing Stretch Routine is only available on the App as I do not have a smart phone and there doesn’t seem any other way to access it. 🙁 I understand popularizing your App and getting the word out, but it still is a major downer for us without smart phones.

  48. Jess says:

Hey! I usually do 35-45 mins of cardio everyday, do you guys do any type of running or elliptical work before doing the videos? I feel like I don’t sweat as much or burn as many calories on the videos although they are intense as hell lol. Just wondering what everyone else does! (:

    1. Allyson says:

I just recently started doing elliptical work at my campus gym and I love it! but I only do it when I go for my strength training/weight lifting twice a week. I would definitely do it before the blogilates videos if I had one at home though! But since I don’t I like to do some of Cassey’s cardio warm up videos in addition to the calender videos. It’s important to get that cardio in. I’m taking a fitness and wellness class in college and we just learned how important cardio is for your health, not just for weight loss.

      1. Jess says:

Yea, I agree, Especially since when I go to the gym, that is where I do the videos, so I look like a whacko dancing/jumping around, haha. Not like I care, but it is a bit awkward watching that kind of video in the middle of the gym and doing it. But do you also do like squats and stuff on leg days? Because when I usually do legs I like to do squats, dead lifts, and lunges. Do you work cassey’s videos into your own routine?

  49. Miranda says:

Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice.

I just completed the Beginner calendar and started the March calendar. However, with my schedule and life, I cannot commit to 45-60 minutes a day for 7 days a week d/t life and work. I do not want to find another exercise program because I really loved the beginner calendar. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can still use this calendar?

    Thank you!

    1. Cathy says:

I’m no expert, but I would do as many as I have time for every day. You should make the best of what you’ve got 🙂 Friday is a stretch day and usually takes only 20-30 minutes, so maybe you can do one workout from the previous week before the stretch videos to make up for the ones that you didn’t do. I know it might not be as effective as doing intense targeted videos every day, but it’s still a whole lot better than doing nothing because you can’t do everything 🙂

  50. Cathy says:

    Hey everyone 🙂

I need some advice. I have done the dance routines for a few times now and I already know the dance. Also, I understand that practicing the moves is also working out. But it takes a lot of time. Do you think it’s OK if I just do the “performance” part like 3 times or so? Or what would you suggest?

  51. tasha says:

Hey Cassie just wondering if I have body fat to lose should I also do cardio as well as your exercises or are your vids enough to burn fat? Many thanks x

    1. Lindsay says:

You should be doing cardio as well. Strengthening and toning routines are great for building muscle, but you need the cardio in there to burn the fat away. BUT, gaining more muscle mass from doing any workout will boost your metabolism which will help you burn more calories in a day and get rid of fat too. If you’re following the monthly calendar, the days usually start off with a cardio routine before the other targeted videos. I’m not a fitness expert, but I think that’s how it works.

  52. Agnieszka says:

Hi! I really want to start this workout calendar but I wonder if it is rather for abs or fat burning too? Cause I don’t want to build muscles on my fat, I want to become more skinny. Would it be good for me? Hoping for your reply!

  53. Ceren says:

    Hello everyone,
I am about the finish my beginner calendar 2.0 and after that I will jump to the montly calenders but i have a question, in the b.c., Cassey was giving warm ups like ‘wake up and do 10 burpees. I think there is no warm up session given in march calendar. Should I add it myself before starting the videos??. Or maybe we will warm up while doing the videos. I will appreciate if you give some info about it.
Btw these calendars and workouts are just so great:D:D
    Thanks Cassey <3

    1. Paige says:

Hiya, Cassey has some warm up videos. It’s advised to do them before (try searching Pumped Up Cardio Warm Up).

    2. Autumne says:

Hey, Cassy has also came out with 30 day slimming thigh challenge (right under the workout calendar) Maybe try doing that before! 🙂

  54. Alexandra says:

    Hi Cassey!

You’re awesome! I’ve been doing the January and February calendars, and it has changed my body so much! It’s so addicting! Keep up the awesome work you do!! 🙂

But I feel rather disappointed because I have a Windows phone and it doesn’t offer your App, so I won’t be able to see your new Revitalizing Stretch routine. 🙁

    1. Zoe says:

Hey I have a windows phone too we can cry together I feel your pain.. I feel so sad I cannot download Cassey’s app !

  55. Erin says:

Hey! I am new to this and i need a bit of help…. Um… On the monthly calenders, say for example of the March calender on Tues 3rd the first exercise is called “Fat Burning Dance” How do I know exactly what I am supposed to do for that?? I am a bit confused and as I said i am new. Please help me. (:

    1. Ana says:

Hey! You just need to search on YouTube those titles on blogilates channel. It’s simple 🙂

    2. Emily says:

You should be able to search “Blogilates (name of exercise)” on YouTube, and the video for that particular exercise/workout should come up. I also noticed on the bottom of the calendar it says to use the *free* app with the calendar, so I’m not sure if she has a playlist for each day on the app or not (I haven’t downloaded it myself)…I know for the January calendar I was able to just search YouTube and was able to find all of the videos that showed the exercises/routines for each day. Hope that helps! 🙂

    3. Maele says:

All of the exercises are actually the name of a video Cassey has put up on the blogilates channel, basically, you just search ‘fat burning dance’ into youtube and will find it, same goes for all the other exercise. Cassey also creates a playlist with all of the workouts of the month, you should find it, just visit the blogilates youtube channel.

  56. Madeline says:

I’m starting one day late but its fine with me! Im getting fit for the summer! I’m currently 130 pounds and im 14 years old. I don’t think that’s considered being fat and all, but the problem is that i feel like i have a lot of fat on my body! I feel like all my clothes make me look fat and chubby, especially because all the other girls in my class are all super slim and gorgeous in the summer! I don’t want to get toned and slim for them, but for me! I want to feel confident and happier in my swimsuit this summer! 2015 will be my year! Thanx to Cassey of course!
Anyways, my question is: If i want to lose fat on my body, would it be better to follow Cassey’s calendar even tho she does a lot of toning? Will toning my thighs and abs make me lose fat in those places?

    1. Mila says:

Following Cassey’s calendar will absolutely help you lose fat as well as tone, but it is necessary to clean up your diet too. I’ve started seeing some serious results very fast as soon as I started eating cleaner and healthier.

  57. Mykel says:

Hi Casey, I have a windows phone and I am unable to download your app because it is not on there. Maybe you could post a video for the revitalizing stretch on youtube..?

  58. Hannah says:

Today, March 2nd I decided to join the Blogilates Community. Just got the March calendar. I love Cassey. I had watched multiple videos of hers. She has the best workouts, I love her motivation. She gets me through her workouts without screaming or yelling in my face. Her workouts give me energy.

  59. Savanah says:

Anyone else’s butt SUPER sore from yesterday’s workout? Mine is, but it’s so worth it!!

    1. Reych says:

I can totally feel the butt sore now! This is so so great!

      1. Savanah says:

IKR?! I have to like hold my breath every time is sit down/go up stairs! Haha

  60. Mary says:

Where is the revitalizing stretch routine? I’m doing the beginners calendar but i also want to do March, so i was wondering if it’s only in the monthly calendar.

    1. Reych says:

You need to download the Blogilates app and subscribe to her calendar to get the Revitalizing stretch routine. 😉

  61. Mary says:

Where is the revitalizing stretch routine within the app, I can’t find it. I’m doing the beginners 2.0 calendar, is it there?

  62. Sabrina says:

isn’t there a playlist? I really liked it on the beginners calendar but i can’t find it for the monthly one so i guess there isn’t one, is there?

    1. Debbie says:

I agree. It’s to the point where I really don’t feel like fishing around for the videos and revert back to the beginners 30 day because it’s listed right there.

    2. Tete says:

It’s on youtube; if you go to her channel and hit playlists it should be the ones on the top row. Hope that helps 🙂

  63. Rosie says:

when are we doing a dietbet again? x

  64. Brittany says:

Hey guys I have a question. I’ve been doing a lot of running in my quest to get healthy, and I have a long-term goal to run marathons. Some days I only have about an hour to exercise. Would it be better to run or to do the workout calendar on those days? Thanks!

    1. Nikki says:

IMO- totally better to run! Training for a marathon is hard work. and nothing beats the base that you need to build up. If you feel like you need a rest day- then I’d say go for the calendar. Toning is great! But if you don’t run enough the marathon will NOT be a fun one. Good luck!

      1. Erin says:

You should cross-train if you are planning to run a marathon. The toning and HIIT training on Cassey’s videos will help build endurance for long distance runs. I have trained for marathons without a running group and found that you really only need one “long” run per week. I used Hal Higdon’s marathon schedule to plan. I hope this helps!

  65. Adela says:

day 2 done aaaaaaand oh my gosh my legs hurt so much!!! thanks cassey! (seriously lol) <3

  66. Ah Here... says:

Cassey I love you and your workouts and everything, but please please please do not call it ‘Patty’s Day’, it’s Paddy’s Day.
    Sincerely,
    -An Irish person.

  67. help me please says:

i don’t understand if you need to do like one of the workout video’s every day or all of them? help me please?

    1. Indy says:

all of them. So one day 1 you see 5 workouts or something and you have to do all of them on day 1. I hope I helped you

    2. Daphne says:

I think you have to do all of them, because if you don’t you probably will have just one workout you can’t build something up with.

    3. Eli says:

      All of them c:

    4. Ashley says:

You have to do all the videos listed for that day.

    5. Savanah says:

All of them! that’s why she dedicates each day of the week to one area of the body; so youcan really target that area! Good luck! 🙂

    6. Andrea says:

      All of them 😉

  68. Nicky says:

Hey i just started the programm and i have a question…on top of the second day the first excercise reffers us to a new video….hich video is that? :p

    1. N says:

C will post a new video on that day.

  69. Alice says:

    Hey Guys!
I would like some tips. I am a beginner, and I would like to know, Do I need to do 30 minutes of cardio before doing Cassey videos? Or I just need to do videos and I will see some small changes??
Can someone tell me her typical day ? It will be very helpful for me, pleasse !
    Thank you ^^

    1. Hannah says:

You can do the cardio whenever. I do mine after. But doing cardio or hiit will give you a noticeable change faster then just doing her videos

    2. Stephanie says:

If your starting the beginners calendar then it would be good to do Cardio with it. When you advance to the monthly Calender’s then she does cardio through the week. I’m not exactly sure of the name of the video but there’s one on her typical day on her YouTube channel. Good Luck!!!

    3. Stephanie says:

      Hi Alice,
If your starting the beginners calendar then it would be good to do Cardio with it. When you advance to the monthly Calender’s then she does cardio through the week. I’m not exactly sure of the name of the video but there’s one on her typical day on her YouTube channel. Good Luck!!!

  70. Vivian says:

I missed the first day, is it ok to just continue from day 2?

    1. Lisa says:

I also missed the first day, but I decided to do the workouts from the first day on other days. E.g. today I did the workouts for this day plus three videos from yesterday, and tomorrow I’ll be doing the workouts for the 3rd march AND the remaining videos from march 1st. I don’t know if this is super effective, but it is just the solution for me to not feel guilty 😛 But maybe you can do the workouts from the first day on friday, when you ‘only’ have to relax and stretch 🙂

    2. Stephanie says:

      Hi Vivian,
Yes its fine. What I do when I miss a day is try to fit it in when I have time or add a little from it through the week

    3. Madeline says:

Totally, just start any day you want, at least your starting right?!!
if u want, you could make up for it by re-doing the first day some other day you want, or just start at day 1 and finish the last day on the first day of april! do u get it?

  71. Diana says:

    Hey! Looooove this challenge <3

Just want to say: We totally tone the whole body like abs, obliques, legs and so on, buuuuuut why shouldn't we focus especially on the chest, too ? I mean not everybody is blessed with a toned and tight one, soooo how about a " tone up chest workout / challenge " ? 🙂

  72. Steph says:

Hey guys, is there a way for me to view the calendar in the Blogilates App without paying for it? I tried to find a box to input the password but can’t find it 🙁

    1. Madeline says:

No, you’ll have to pay for it!:) Its worth it tho!

  73. Nosipho says:

Thank you can’t wait to begin

  74. Mary says:

I love this thigh challenge!! I really hope to see an arm challenge for April!! Crosses fingers! Well maybe arms too 😉

  75. Becky says:

I can’t seem to print the calendar properly. I get half the calendar, ishere an option i need to set?

    1. Madeline says:

It really depends on your format! Try to place the picture on a word document and enlarge it the way you want and then it should print fine! 🙂 good luck:)

  76. Trisha says:

Hi Everyone! Can anyone find the link for today’s workout, the new video?? Thanks!!

  77. Ena says:

I did the beginner calendar, and I could do most of the exercises, so now I began with March calendar. Day 2 killed me. I still didn’t manage to do last 2 videos, so I will do them later this day, but it’s really hard for me. Probably because my legs are my weak spot.
I did butt challenge (now thigh challenge), I see improvements in my legs, but still I can’t do the whole video without stopping. I hope it will get better.

    1. Teresa says:

Fantastic job, keep it up :DDDDD I’m so proud of you! Keep working, and they’ll get easier, trust me. You won’t even see it coming 🙂 Abs used to be my weakest link, but with around a year of Cassey’s workouts they’re one of my strongest, if not the strongest. I can do a ton of videos that I could never finish before, or ones that I would have to break frequently to finish. Good luck, you can do it, and I love your name!

  78. Zai says:

    Hi Cassey! & Popsters!
I’m new here, and just finished the beginners calendar in the middle of February (cuz I started late). I’m looking forward to begin this month’s calendar & finishing at the same time as y’all. 🙂
I’ll be doing the flat abs challenge instead of the thighs one though, cuz I didn’t do it last month plus I already have a thigh gap, I don’t need slimmer thighs lol.
Hope that’s ok. Good luck everyone!

  79. Maya says:

guys help!! i cant do any leg workouts for one week bc my leg hurts somehow and i dont know if i should go to see a doctor do i have to stop with hard exercises for legs…so i wanted to ask…what should i do instead of these exercises?! i’m really dissatisfied with doing nothing on these days… >3<

    1. Anne says:

      Hi Maya,
I think you should probably rest ur legs for a few more days and don’t exercise because it might get worse (what if you had to stop doing it for a month!)and if it still hurts, u should go to the doctors. Maybe you can stretch your legs a little but if it really hurts, then don’t push it! It’s alright to delay the 30 day challenge anyways, as long as you actually do it for 30 days! (thats what i did with the 30 day ab challenge). Of course, Im pretty sure you can exercise with other parts of your body as long as it doesnt affect your legs too much. If it satisfies you, you can eat even more clean than you do now… Also you should put this cream type of thingy called tiger balm- it reveals pain (and itches) very easily and its sooo comforting! I hope this was worth reading and your legs gets better!!!!

  80. Lush says:

I am so used to having videos lined up – I lose concentration when I havta keep searching for them now that Im trying the March calendar.
Cant seem to do 5 videos in 1 time!! I may go back to doing the beginners video until I gain more resistance. Thank you for your efforts Cassey!

    1. Hanna says:

If you go to her Youtube and playlist you can find a list for the day 🙂

  81. Jill says:

Do you think that creating a calendar that works well around a 9-5 day at work would be too difficult? I know that plenty of other people do it with their spare time, but as a teenage popster I’m finding it really hard to stick with your schedule and do everything along with homework and school stuff. And if not, can someone reply with tips on how to work around this?

    1. Lexi says:

I totally get what you mean! i have a part time job plus I am taking college courses right now so sometimes I feel like I don’t have the time to work through all the videos each day. What i would suggest is setting a time limit each day for yourself. Maybe it will be half an hour, 40 minutes, or a full hour–whatever ends up working best for you. Then work through as many of the videos from that day on the calender as you can during that scheduled time. That way you can still get in the exercise, still stick with the theme of that day (whether it’s arms, legs, abs, etc.), and still feel awesome while still having time to do homework and such. This is my plan so I hope that it helps you too!

    2. Zan says:

I would take reading breaks in college when doing homework so just try workout breaks. . Most of them are about 6-15 minutes. 😀

  82. Jackie says:

    Hi Cassey
I thought that you would like to know that on of the adds that i have had constantly appearing, is about liposuction; how it work and how easy it is, the add is calling itself fashion theatre.

  83. Lub says:

Hi I’m following the march calendar, started yesterday n boy does my butt hurt.. Anyway today there is a new video to do but I have no idea where I can view it.. Pls help.. Thanx.

    1. Madeline says:

I’m glad to hear that you’re starting! You can find all the videos on Cassey’s youtube channel! Just look up the name of the workout and it should pop up! 🙂

  84. Gwen says:

I’m trying so hard…I started the beginners calendar in February and it was hard…but I already feel this working I was 315 lbs and I’m down to 301 in just 3 weeks!!! My only set back is as I’m starting this calendar I sprained my ankle at work…I can only do 3 workouts at a time so that I don’t tire myself out so much that I can’t walk for work…but I’m so determined because I’m already seeing results!!!!

    1. Madeline says:

Great work! You are very determined, and not a lot can do that! Doesn’t matter how many videos you do, as long as you give it your all! I hope the best to your new healthier lifestyle! 🙂

  85. Lisa says:

I’m actually 13, turning 14, and I started off with the beginners workout and to be honest, I’m actually quite fit already but I would just be soo lazy to start doing the workouts. I ended up only doing the first 5 days and that wasn’t even consistent. I had to do day 1 today for example, then maybe 3 days later and I just couldn’t do it! And when I’m doing the workouts, it’s just.. I feel like they’re a little bit too easy for me so I decided, new month, new workout routine! So right now, I’m going to be trying out the march workout routine and so far, I’m doing okay! Day 1 wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be so.. Yay.
Just one question.. Should I even workout at my age? That’s a stupid question to ask since I already am but I just wanna know what you think about it.

    1. Mia says:

hi! I am 11 myself and I find these calendars great, yet I do feel they are designed for older people than us lol. I stoll do this as much as I can but if I struggle I may split a longer video in half and do less reps! Cassy pls create a kid friendly one? I use the begginers but I don not have the time!

  86. Mariska says:

    Dear Cassy,

I absolutely love what you are doing.. I admire you in all of it.. You have THE most beautiful honest and bubbly soul! LOVE IT!! + amazing inspiration for me.. Unfortunately there is a problem 🙁
I am currently recovering from illness that kept me attached to my bed.. I am finally allowed to do harder exercises and because I gained 10 kilo during my illness I reaaaaallly want to get fit again.. last month I wanted to follow your february calendar.. but found it insanely hard to follow.. actually impossible…. I decided to follow your next calendar (march) and get fitter and stronger meanwhile in other ways
Soo today I was really excited to join this month’s calendar!
Trying my hardes to follow it.. but it is impossible!! I can believe your stamina and strength!! RESPECT!.. but for me, not being able to complete even 30 % of the workout felt awful.. it made me really down angry and sad… How can I train myself to be able to follow this level?? Any tips? I want it sooooo bad.. hope you can help
I am already watching all your videos and reading all your delicious recipes and tips!

    Sending you love,

P.s. (sorry for my english.. dutch girl in the house ♡ hihi)

    1. Ronnie says:

Hey Mariska! I know it can be kind of hard to follow her monthly workouts when you’re out of shape! She does have a beginners workout calendar that she suggests trying for the first month to get yourself in shape enough to do the other months! So I would suggest doing that. You can find it under the workout calendar tab and it’s really easy and fun to follow along to because it builds up your strength all month!

    2. Gwen says:

Don’t let it get you down! I prolly can’t even do 30% of some of the workouts :(…but you will still get results I know I am…and if you just try to do 1 % more of each workout every day or week you will be doing 100% of it in no time!!!! Thinking that way is what keeps me going. I hope it helps you 🙂

    3. Callie says:

Hi 🙂 Try the new beginners calendar! It only has maximum 2 workouts and it is a little easier (still challenging though)! This should be easier but give you satisfaction that you are getting through the work! 🙂 And after doing the new calender (it is only for one month), go back and start April’s and see how you do then!
      Good luck!

    4. Jaylynn says:

Hey! I read your comment and I thought of something that could possibly help you. I had the same problem..the regular calenders are extremely hard! I could barely get through them. Turns out..she has a beginners work out calendar for people just starting out..and it is a lot easier and lighter. It’s to get you prepared for harder stuff, like the regular calendar. Here is the beginners calendar

      https://www.blogilates.com/blog/2014/12/30/new-beginners-calendar-2-0-for-2015/

I reallyyyyy hope this is able to work for you! Just finished this calendar myself, moving on the the regular calendar today! Wishing you the best of luck! 🙂

      -Jaylynn

    5. Andrea says:

Hii! I had kind of the same problem as you did, so instead of jumping into extreme workouts I tried the beginner’s calendar (even though I am not a beginner) for the month and any day that I felt I could do the regular workout calendar day I did it! But every other day I followed the beginner’s one. I did this for a month and it definetely helped me getting back on track. Hope it helps!!

    6. Hana says:

hun if its a bit too much to start with, try her beginners month! thats what im doing this month instead of the march! 🙂

    7. raelee says:

Hey girl! A lot of people aren’t able to do every video for the day for the whole calendar.. I wasn’t when I first started. It’s a stamina that you will build the more you keep doing these videos 🙂 Start by doing one or two from each day’s list, and then when you start to feel stronger, start doing three from each day’s list, and then four and then boom! You’ll be able to do the whole thing! I hope this helps 🙂 From one popster to another!

    8. Isaku says:

      Hey Mariska
you could start with the new beginner’s workout calendar. Cassey explains all the moves and you can start slow and progress. I did it last month and now trying the march calendar.
      POPsters love from Germany 🙂

    9. Mariska says:

Thank you sooooo much for your replies! I really appreciate it! I will try your tips!! Million thanks for the kindness! Best of luck to all of youuu! Let’s pop our best! ♡

  87. Bia says:

New month new motivation. Let’s kill our bodies with these workouts 😀
    Thank you so much Cassey

    <3

  88. Maya says:

this is worst!!! i have to stop working out my legs and stop with every leg work out for whole week! D: mom forced me bc my leg somehow hurts and we dont know if i should go to see doctor or it’s not serious…i’m desperate…but even so i’ll work hard with you Cassey even if i cant do some of the vids… love you <3 <3

    1. Erica says:

If you have never done these workouts or have not really worked out before…man, your muscles are going to be feeling it. Take it easy, Listen to your body. Don’t over do it. Not everyone is going to be on Cassey’s level..but some day we all hope to be. If she does 20 reps and you can only do 10..then only do 10.
These workouts are amazing..they do work. Just give it time and you will see. As for the Dr’s….Maybe wait a few days and see how you feel. It’s common sense. If it gets better you will be fine, if not take it easy and then maybe see a Dr. It would be you worked too hard and maybe stretched/pulled something. That takes time to heal.

  89. Adela says:

day 1 done! it’s my first proper workout calendar, I did the beginner workout in febuary but that doesn’t matter right now haha
I was shaking while doing the last few videos but I’m actually proud of myself that I did all the videos because I thought that maybe I wouldn’t be strong enough.

  90. Bella says:

Love Cassey and her workouts. Just finished the Quick Sweat for Sunday Bunday! Kind of busy today, so I’m planning on doing the rest of the videos around 3:30. Can’t wait! I always look forward to the workouts.

  91. Annette says:

Cassey, how long should we rest between your workout videos to move on to the next one?

    1. gail says:

that’s a great question. ive always wondered how long we should rest between videos because sometimes i would just go straight to the next one and feel a bit light headed. D:

      1. gail says:

i mean i would rest for a bit like 2 mins or less then id go straight to the next one.

  92. Kelly says:

Thank you Cassey! I have one question: isn’t it “bad” for our routines that some days have been switched? I mean, last month the target zone for Monday was the butt and now it’s legs & thighs. Can that cause some harm or is that fine for our bodies?

    1. Silke says:

No, it’s actually the right thing to do. It’s good for your body to switch routines. Don’t exactly know why, but she mentioned it once I guess.

    2. Elizabeth says:

Kelly, it’s actually good to change your routine 🙂 if you follow the same one, your body will get used to the physical stress, and your body will remain the same. you have to train insane, remember 😀 so, don’t you worry, all is well. xx

    3. Selina says:

As much as I know it is totally fine, don’t worry. It is even good, because it is important to change up your whole workout routine every now and then. Your body shouldn’t get used to anything, because otherwise you would stop seeing results! Have a nice day! xx

  93. Nikki says:

Cassey, do you ever skip a workout day? Just once? I love your videos by the way, you help me become a more positive person!

  94. I found blogilates maybe a week ago and I’m SO OBSESSED. Can’t wait to ge started. Cassey is such an inspiration<3

  95. Keely Macleod says:

really excited to start the march calendar! and the new challenge….. before i have never been able to actually finish a month. But now I’ve got my friends and my mom doing them with me, hopefully this will keep me motivated. Glad to be joining all the other POPsters!!!!

  96. Kelley says:

Thanks for the beautiful new calendar! Yay for spring!! Let’s killllllll iiitttttt!

  97. Kathy says:

Just did day 1. I’m sweating and I feel dizzy cause I drank too much and had a long cry today but I feel filled with energy and hope now 🙂 my life’s not easy these days, mostly because I’m stuck in an identity crisis… I just don’t know what I should do in life, I don’t know if it’s the right decision to finish master study or if I should leave university now and should find a job to earn money just for the sake of earning money. I don’t want to disappoint my family. I want them to be proud of me. my boyfriend told me today, after I had a nervous breakdown, we fought and I broke down crying, that my problem is that I only think of pleasing the people around me and that I don’t give myself a break but work work work. I cried like a baby. I’m so thankful that I found Casseys videos 2013. She makes me smile every day with her positivity and I wish I could be as positive and cheery like her. Workout once helped me through a hard time, I hope it helps me again now but I know I have to work on my attitude too.

    1. Cara says:

Hey – I know a lot of how you feel! I had a bit of a crisis recently because I’m graduating from Uni and didn’t know where I wanted to go or if what I was doing was really right for me. Now I’m working on changing my personality in the same way, so that I can stand up for myself and do what I want to do instead of being guilted into being nice to other people! I have to remember that being nice to others doesn’t guarantee that they’ll like you or be nice back… Everyone has problems they’re working through. The important thing is to accept that you’re struggling and be kind to yourself. There’s a time for certainty and there’s a time for uncertainty, just like there’s a time for working hard and there’s a time to rest and prepare. You’ll get through this! I hope you feel better <3

  98. sharon says:

Wonderful hope not to fall of the wagon! Thanks cassey!!!

  99. Ilona says:

Wich videos should I do on your channel if I want to work my triceps (except tricep toner)?

  100. Ashley says:

i absolutely love that thighs are this months challenge! An awesome idea! I hope you keep doing these Cassey they’re great!

  101. Liz says:

Hey everyone! I’ve been a fan for about two years now but since I am getting married in 7 months I needed a jump start plan and I decided to follow along with the blogilates calendar. Each night before I go to bed I pull up all of the youtube videos on my laptop so that I’m ready to go for the next morning. I’m having trouble however getting the link for the new youtube video for March 2. Any suggestions?

  102. Bella says:

Thank you Cassey!!! I’m hoping to burn a LOT for spring break and i’m so ready to do it <3

  103. Tree says:

Thanks, can’t wait to get moving for the month.

  104. Katey says:

Having just finished the two beginner’s calendars, I’ve finally gotten round to doing the actual monthly calendars. I’ve just done Day 1 of the March 2015 calendar and I love it sooo much, I really needed the challenge. Thank you so much Cassey 🙂 I love how I’m getting stronger and fitter each day, and it’s all thanks to you.

  105. Andrea says:

I was wondering when we start the 30 Day Thigh Slimming Challenge? We still have day 29 and 30 left on the Butt Challenge, right? Do we just do both of them today? Like day 29 on the Butt Challenge and day 1 on the Thigh Challenge? What do you POPsters do? 🙂

Also… I started working out March 2014 with blogilates… it’s been a year!!! It’s been tough and I’m not going to lie, there have been many breaks due to travelling and just being plain busy. But I’m still here, still going strong and working out every day! That’s what counts, right? 1 year of enlightenment… this is SO exciting, March is gonna be the greatest month ever! <3

    1. Sam says:

I was planning on doing the same! Day 29 Butt Challenge + Day 1 Thigh Challenge at the same time too! Congrats on your year long journey 🙂

    2. Ashley says:

I noticed that too, i think i’ll just be doing both challenges for the next few days until the butt challenge is complete 🙂

      1. Emily says:

        I’m doing both 🙂

    3. Juste says:

Hey! I’m not done yet with the butt lift challenge, BUT I haven’t finished the abs one too, because I found out there is one in the middle of the month, so I do them all in the morning or one of them (in this case two, because thigh one isn’t that hard in day 1) and one in the evening, after work

  106. Lenka says:

Can’t wait to start! I love your new challenge! Also could you give us a challenge for balance, please? I lack in this skill and I think it could be a lot of fun :3 Anyway thanks for the next month calendar! 🙂

  107. Madlen says:

Hope I can do this .. last month I started with the beginners workout

  108. angela says:

Cassey you’re a great motivation for me all these months!! Thanks a lott 🙂

  112. Ebony says:

Just wanna say it’s wonderful that you post up the workout calendars and videos and whatnot a day earlier than the actual date for us people in a different timezone. It’s really nice to think of us on the other side of the globe 🙂

  113. Belle says:

I really hope I can get started with his today bc I feel sick and I’m to lazy when I’m sick. Does anybody know what can cure a headache fast so I can start to workout again?. xx

    1. Belle says:

      This*

  114. Avrora says:

Thank you very much Cassey for the new programme and the thigh slimming challenge! I’m always looking forward to your inspiring and challenging programmes. They give a new structure to my month!)

  115. Amanda says:

Hi! I’m new here and I was wondering how to use the calendar. Do I have to download the app then pay to get the workouts on the app or do I have to find the videos on her YouTube channel?

  116. Jenny says:

    Yes! Another month! Thank you!

  117. Lj says:

Thanks cassey =) you make me feel sexy everyday. Love u.

  118. ELi says:

THanks :))) for the new month !

But I need more stretching video and there is just one because the other one is from the app. I don’t know how payment in apps works, and I don’t know if I subscribed It will generate me loin when I have no money :/

  119. Mia says:

Can’t wait to start up these calendars! I’ve been slacking off of my exercise so I can’t wait to do this to get back on track! Beautiful calendars by the way! It makes me really get in the mood!

  121. Julia says:

Yayy finally it’s here!! 😀 thank you Cassey!

  122. rachel says:

    hey guys
I want to start this calendar although i already have a busy schedule doing swimming, tennis and netball (it’s kinda like basketball)
Would it be ok to do only one of the listed workouts a day instead of all of them?
    will i still see results?
    thanks guys 🙂

    1. H. Banana says:

I’m no expert, but as a POPster of several years I think the most effective videos are usually the “challenge” ones. Of course, I would suggest always warming up (maybe with the first vid of that day or a short one like 5 min fat burner or fat burning ladder) and then choosing a song challenge or two for whatever area you want to work. It sounds like your other activities keep you moving quite a bit so I’m sure only doing one off the list each day would still mean you’re getting plenty of exercise. Good luck!

  123. Sidney says:

I just finished the beginners workout calendar and I am so excited to be completing my first monthly calendar.

    1. Kathryn says:

      Same! 🙂

    2. Ruby says:

      SAME!!!

  124. sityy says:

    Day 1, lets go!

  125. jacquine says:

hi!!! i don’t know whether i should start on this programme because previously i started working out everyday and my period stopped coming so i don’t know when i should start working out (everyday) and get back on track…i really want to do the thigh slimming challenge!

  126. Doha says:

    Heey,
    I’m back again!
I wish I can go with all workout
I feel exhausted before starting 😀

  127. Carolina says:

I LOVE YOU CASSEY!! YOU’RE AN INSPIRATION FOR ME!! YOU MAKE ME GO HARD AND ACCOMPLISHED EVERY WORKOUT!! DOING THE FABRUARY WAS AMAZING, IM SO READY FOR MARCH!! LOVE YOU ♥♥♥

  128. Gulcin says:

    I am so excited, can’t wait 🙂

  129. Emily says:

Thank you Cassey! 🙂 I’m so excited

  130. Alison says:

I loved the February workouts! Can’t wait to start tomorrow! Love your enthusiasm! It makes working out enjoyable!

  131. Lulu says:

I also have one more day to go before I can kick of this new month. I can’t wait to start the new month. I am so excited for tomorrow and I am surprised to be saying this because I have never been excited to workout before! #ThanksCassey:)

  132. Nicole says:

omg so excited to use it tomorrow

  133. Midoris says:

Yay! I’m on day 17 of beginners workout calendar plus abs & butt challenges, now i’ll add march and thighs routines, it’s going to be insane!

  134. Rebecca says:

I anxiously await the new calendars so I can psych myself up for the upcoming routines! Sadly, my android just got stolen so I won’t be able to view the new stretching video 🙁 I really wish there were another way to access it.

Sooo excited. I have an orch trip in April I really wanna get more “bikini ready” for.
Friday might be, “Relax ‘n Revive,” but I have tennis tournaments every Friday! XD Eh, I’ll live–and get some good cardio in.
    Thanks, Cassey! <3

So excited the new video this month is a stretching video!! Will you make this video available on YouTube after this month is over so that we can continue doing this stretching video after we can no longer access it on the app? Or could you make print-outs of stretching routines?
    Thanks Cassey! You are awesome!

    1. ELi says:

Aww… I’m sad right now because I always look forward to the stretching videos, and was hoping you would make another one. I don’t have a smartphone (I know, hard to believe–but it’s true), so I won’t be able to access the new video. Will you make it available eventually, maybe after March is over? Thanks for putting together the calendar–I appreciate your hard work. 🙂

    1. mindy says:

You can just do an alternate but similiar video instead. Also, if I remember correctly, you can buy the videos for a dollar or two on the Blogilates store website.

    2. ELi says:

Yes I think the same that birdywordy

    3. H. Banana says:

Even though I love the blogilates stretching vids I also lack a smartphone (which I like to think is so unhip that it’s hip) but am planning on using some alternate vids on youtube from certified yoga instructors. I often use youtube yoga before and/or after my blogilates calendar routines to keep me extra flexible. My personal fave is Esther Ekhart. Hope this helps!
