How are you? I just put up a new video targeting your lower belly region. There’s one new devil move in there…it’s called See-Saw abs. I just invented it…muahahahaha! Don’t you just love me? Try it and let me know how you do!

    Hi Cassey! I wanted to say thank you for all the videos, recipes and information you have given up and continue to give us! I LOVE your videos! There is something about your personality that makes me really like you even thought you are, what seems like, torturing my body at times. I just did you Victoria Secret’s Arms and Beginners Abs. I love that you acknowledge when it’s getting difficult and are straight up honest with us, if you want a killer body, work for it. You are so inspiring and I would love PiYO videos from you. I do 20 min of that 3x a week and the other days I do your work outs. I’m starting over (again) this time I feel more focused. Thanks for everything again!!!

I have always struggled with that area, I think that running actually causes me to stand in such a way that I tend to stick that area out more so any tiny bit of weight gain really shows. I have always been thin, but I’ve been asked if I’m pregnant TWICE and I have never once even come close to being pregnant so it was a bit of a wakeup call each time. Now I always keep an eye out for moves that target that area, so thank you for adding some more to pile onto my routine!

    LOVED this workout! For the first time in starting Blogilates calendars about 3 months ago, I was able to touch my toes to the floor when doing the rollover. Yaaaaaaaaaaay! Thank you, Cassie, for also providing modifications. Some days I am really exhausted or sore and knowing I can adjust a few things to get through the workouts helps a lot. Can we have some more cardio? I really like the quiet cardio video; it was easy to follow like a Zumba class and had a good pace, yet more fun than the ::ahem:: burpees and jump squats/HIIT lol! I’d love more videos like that one but more challenging.

    Speaking of cardio, I know I need to do more but I hate running , I love Zumba but it can be expensive and I like the flexibility of online videos. Anyone have any online videos or suggestions to recommend to help me fit it in time wise? How much should I do a day or week to get rid of fat? Especially around saddlebags and tummy. Any fave Blogilates cardio videos you guys like? I miss having that on the cal.

    i have a question, too. i’m following the 12 week new body makeover meal plan (and this month’s calendar!) and i’m going to a vietnamese restaurant tonight. i LOVE pho and vietnamese food. do you have any suggestions for the healthiest/cleanest menu items to look for? they have a pretty big menu so i’m hoping i can find something that’s tasty and not way too YOLO 😉 thanks so much!

      Sorry this is a bit late, but here are some suggestions! The main issue with Vietnamese food that I have seen can be the extensive amount of refined carbs, like white rice and noodles. Ask If they have buckwheat noodles or brown rice. If not, ask for more veggies instead of rice or look for some soups that don’t have noodles. I hope you had a delicious dinner! I am jealous! Lol.

    So excited to have found you! Love your energy and the hundreds of videos you have! Should be getting ring tomorrow and the dvd soon too!! In need of 20 pounds to lose and a new workout wardrobe just in time!!! Woo hoo!!! Thank u Cassie so much!!! Besides clean diet n cardiomthe ring should clear up that pesky cellulite right??? Not into lifting heavy weights anymore. Just toned tightened solid!!!

    LOVED this video! I started doing your calenders June 1. And they are terrific! The power ring is AMAZING! I would love to see some videos targeting the calves. I haven’t come close to doing all of your videos yet but I have done a few exercises in your legs vids that touch on the calves – my request is more targeted toning. Love ya!
