Hey heyyyyy!!!!

My glutes and quads are soooooo sore. Yesterday I got a WORKOUT from being on set filming some exercises. It was only 1 min or 45 seconds for each move but OMG when your form has to be spot on perfect the WHOLE TIME it is TOUGH!!!! Thank goodness I was training hard the whole week before…and thank goodness I was able to push through without stopping. I did want to MANY MANY times but remember, this week is the week of pushing through when you think you wanna die! How timely!

    A. Congrats on the video, it looks so exciting! B. I LOVE those “work out” pants in teal, I saw them somewhere else recently and I am obsessed! Who makes them? It is driving me nuts.

    Looks like a lot of fun! Good luck with the burpees. We did hollow body rocks in gymnastics all the time … and hollow hold (for like 30 sec) roll over to arch hold (30) roll over to hollow hold (30), etc, all the way down the floor. They are pretty legit after a few rolls 😉 Plus, you can roll one way then the other if you are short on space.

    Ha Ha! LOL 🙂 I know how much you hate burpees Cassey, but remember… You’re the one who encourages us and motivates us to do the burpees just like you even if we don’t like them either. And we are here for you just like you are here for us 🙂 so when you are doing burpees and thinking about how much you hate them and don’t want to do them, know that you are not alone. Because we are doing the burpees and pushing through right along with you! 🙂 Just like you do for us 🙂
