    Hellloo^^
I’m new to this and I was wondering if I should do all the videos of a day at once or do I do some in the morning, some in the evening?

  • ghadeeroop says:

I really liked summer sculpt program, I’m confused with July calendar no warmup or cool down included?! Could anyone help me understand??

    • fit123 says:

In the regular monthly calendars are no warm up/cool downs. You can just look them up on youTube if you really want to do them🙂

  • Maria says:

Guys if you want you can do all the workouts! If it is too much for you, you can probably choose which ones you do that day!

  • Sora85 says:

When I do butt works, I don’t feel sore till next day or 2 days after.. strange huh! .. and at the same time of working out my knees and shoulders hurt so much and force me to take little break or stretch abet

  • alicia says:

I have sent several dms and no response I have questions… for July do we do all 4 each day

    • ericajf1990 says:

      Yes

    • Flynn says:

Hi! these are the instructions Cassey has given above:

      1. Click on the hi res link to download the calendar and print it out for your wall.
      2. Head over to blogilates.com/calendar and click on the videos of the day. It’ll take you directly to the YouTube video! Or you can use this super cool app called Coda!

So point 3 basially says you do each of the videos that are selected for that day, but you have to do them only once!
      Good luck :)

    • Nikki says:

Yes you do all the videos listed for that day. She has all the videos listed by day on her YouTube channel under playlists

  • Vhamteague says:

I have the same question as SOWELU

  • Sowelu says:

    Hello, Cassey, Hello, Everyone!

Cassey, thank you sooooo much for your workouts:))) I combine them differently & it’s never boring!
Just one thing I wanted to ask about the July calendar: should I do ALL the workouts indicated for a day? (For example, Tuesday: Silent death, Leg slimming, Cha cha etc) Or I just choose the one or two?

Wishing a very nice day to all of you,
    Sowelu

    • Djanira says:

I literally have the same question

    • Rachel817 says:

You are supposed to do all of them every day :)

    • kamya says:

yes, you are supposed to do everything. But you can change it according to your own wish.

      • Feetprints says:

But why does the printout calendar have some of the workouts missing when compared to the digital one that you can checkmark? It makes it rather confusing when I see 4 videos on my printout and 5 on the digital.

  • Nise says:

For the past 4 years i have gone off and on Blogilates, after reaching over 200lbs (a weight I hoped to never hit) made me think “Wow! I really need to get it together and try to stick with it!” I started working out again starting with the Summer Sculpt, so today I’m so proud of myself for actually sticking through the whole month!! I really doubted myself but just proving to ME that I CAN make it. Really inspired and motivated me to keep going! Also the Summer Sculpt really prepared me for July 1st workout, man does my butt hurt so good! Good job to everyone else that completed today! Yay!!

  • Senister1 says:

Wow my butt and glutes are really sore. First day done. Hopefully I can get up tomorrow. Legs are shaking.

  • Mohini says:

I am all in.. June was so good

  • lechass says:

Hey, this is so different from June I;m a little confused….there don’t seem to be any cool downs and in the first video you mention in the Kardashian workout to do the exercises 4 x’s each but only go through them once…help

    • valentina says:

Hi @lechass! with July we back to “normal” blogilates calendar. So, there are 5 video exercise each day (some to repeat twice – for example if the focus is one leg (left) you have to repeat for the other (right). When Cassey says “do it 4 times” it means “if you choose to do only one of those five”). Usually the first video is “warmup video” but the cool down its “extra” calendar. I hope I have answered.. :-)

    • Victoria says:

June was a program. This is a regular calendar. For the Kardashian workout video you would just have to rewatch the same video.

  • Who loved the June calendar?:)

  • little cat says:

Hi all! This is my first time trying one of these calendars… would someone be interested in being accountability buddies?

    • PopStar123 says:

Sure, also if you are just starting out do the beginner calander for a month and then start doing the regular calendar. If you want more challenge you can do the 28 day reset or one of the other challenges like the 100 squat challenge during the month.

  • Ghost says:

    Wow, thanks! :)

  • aliciaj27 says:

My knees are scared of this month…. I may just do another round of the summer sculpt. Those videos are definitely a challenge for me still and boy did I see some amazing results! I pair the workouts with fast paced incline walking on treadmill. (Bad knees 😒)

    • emgwenn says:

My same issue! I had to stop halfway through they were hurting so bad!

  • MonaLisa says:

The videos for today aren’t posted on YouTube……. I was excited for the new one.

  • dee says:

Just wondering who uploads the videos for each day (under playlists), because every once in a while they aren’t uploaded, especially in the mornings (like today), when I am ready to do it! So I have to individually select the videos of the day. Is there any way they can be uploaded earlier?? please and thank you! love you!

  • briannaridge says:

Question: for peach day, it says to do each video once unless otherwise noted. But in the video it says to do it 4 times…. is that the “otherwise noted”???

    • Mayelyn Lopez says:

I was thinking the same thing do we do the one video 4 times?

    • Kalvin says:

Nope! She writes ‘(Video) 4x’ if she wants you to do it four times. Though, if you want to do it anyways, go for it!

    • Kalvin says:

Nope! She writes ‘(Workout) 4x’ if she wants you to do it four times. Though, if you want to do four anyways, go for it!

    • Danielle says:

Each video listed should be done once to complete the daily routine. You would do it four times (like the video says) if you were not following the calendar and just wanted to do that vide. Hope that helped!

    • KaryMontse says:

If it’s a PIIT usually she says to do it four times of it is your only workout. I lf you are following the calendar just do it once (: Sometimes, in the PIIT videos, you just do an excercise on one side. If that happens you need to play the video twice so you do the excercise on both parts of your body.

  • Vale says:

Hi Girls! I’ve started the Summer Sculpt only last week… do you think I should go on and finish the program or should I follow the July work out?
    Thanks

    • Kay says:

I started the 28 day summer sculpt 2 weeks late, and I’m determined to finish it! It’s up to you to finish the sculpt or not. When I finish the sculpt, I just might pick up the July calendar on whatever day it is… Whether you finish the sculpt or not, good luck!!

    • Adeline says:

Finish 28 then continue on from there!

  • valm says:

Finished 28 summer sculpt and I feel proud, glad and stronger. Thank you Cassey and Blogilates girls! And now…Let’s July! ;-)

  • Mabel says:

Omg Cassy! I was so worried about what I was going to do as workout tomorrow and boom! Here I am! Thanks a lot! <3

  • emgwenn says:

Finished summer sculpt but idk if I can do this one it’s much longer and no warmups, did the cardio day and 30 minutes in really hurt my knee and had to stop :( I liked the other format far better and made the goal of working out every day attainable. These videos also don’t have enough instructions on form and position.

    • Nikki says:

Try her beginners calendar first if you are new to doing this. She goes through proper form much more and really shows how to perform a move several different ways depending on the fitness level. The video time is much shorter and she also has little things you can do each day to get motivated to workout-HIGHLY recommend her Beginners 2.0 calendar. Google it and it should pop up so you can print it off. I’m sorry you hurt your knee-make sure to warm up properly before doing the videos. If you want to add a warmup video just search Blogilates warmup on YouTube hope this helps

  • Sarah says:

Thank you! You make my routine so easy to plan for!

  • kate says:

i need some motivation, i started last month but didn’t finish :( any tips?

  • Cari says:

Wow! Fantastic! I LOOOVEEEE SO MUCH how you Cassie organize our workouts❤️, maybe you can put some pop or rock music behind to push us up!👊🏻💪🏻

  • danizompanti says:

I am so proud of myself for getting through this month of June. I don’t think, in my whole life, EVER have I exercised every day for a month! Thank you thank you thank you Cassey! literally everything you said in your videos is true. I am feeling so much stronger! So much for confidence is radiating off of me! I couldn’t wait for the end of each day because that meant just one sleep til the next workout. I am just so happy with the outcome of June ❤️
So sad its over because I really enjoyed how the videos were planned out. All in one video. Makes it feel like you’re actually there 😅 I’m sure many of us would appreciate some more ‘quality time’ together ☺️

Again. From the bottom of my elevator to the top of my butt 🙊… Thank you ❤️

  • Sandra says:

    I love blogilates

  • Nikki says:

Started Summer Sculpt but never finished🙈 but this is going to be an intense month I can already tell. Is it ok to only do a couple videos a day if I’m doing another type of workout later in the day? I think 2 hrs of working out every day might do me more harm than good..love the new July calendar it’s beautiful!

    • Annika says:

Omg please don’t work out 2 hours a day if you’re struggling to fit it in/it’s too tough for you. If you’re doing another type of workout later in the day don’t feel bad if you only do a couple from the calendar. The workouts on the calendar often end up being close to an hour anyway and that’s plenty if you’re doing this for general fitness/well-being. :)

  • Nicole says:

    Lets do this !

  • Monique says:

I have onlyonly recenty embraced a fit lifestyle and you have been with me the whole way! With your videos, ibe been tip toeing my way to strength. June i went all in with summer sculpt. Now, if i go one day without getting my cassey ho on, i feel sooo wrong! So much stronger, flexible, and yeah, happier, than when i started. A true lifestyle change. 😙

  • Feetprints says:

Do the workouts on this calendar include warm up and cool down? And if not where do I find those. TIA

    • Annika says:

The first video is always a warm-up, I think you’d have to do a separate cool down.

  • Lrobbins33 says:

Finished 28 summer sculpt, feel fabulous and stronger. I am hooked Cassy thank you for saving me !!! Will post a pic when I figure this phone out !! Lol

  • mrsbaker420 says:

I’m excited to go back to the calendar format; I’ll miss the summer sculpt!

  • ghadeeroop says:

Hello cassy,, should we do every day warm up before workout and cool down after?? And Could you put videos for us for warm up and cool down 💛

  • Oxy says:

I’m a little bit sad that it’s over. I really loved the format of June’s calendar…no breaks between videos, warmup and cooldown included, repeating only twice – enough to get sweaty but not bored of repeating moves.
Not sure if I’m able to go back to old calendars as I’m doing them over 6 years and know every video word by word…
Also I did all 3 levels of PIIT28 many times and 4 rounds are just quite annoying as I feel that some exercises only hurt me, not make me stronger.
Anyway thank you for this. After releasing PIIT28 this was first programme in a long time that makes me really sore and excited at the same time 😊
