The Blogilates July 2020 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

Have you been back to your gym yet? Do you even miss it?! Even though some of the gyms in LA are starting to open up, I’m still just enjoying working out at home. I’m not going to lie – not having to drive is the BEST part!

Anyway, I’m EXTRA excited for this week because:

  1. We’re starting a new month
  2. There’s a new workout calendar
  3. AND a holiday weekend?! WOOHOO!

That is DEFINITELY a recipe for a great week!

Speaking of the new workout calendar… ARE YOU READY TO SEE?! Let’s gooo! 

When you download the PDF, you’ll find that each video is linked! Just click and it will take you to the YouTube video listed!

Here’s an overview of each day of the July Workout Calendar. Every day has its own target muscle group!

SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Booty
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Arms & Back
FRIDAY: Recovery
SATURDAY: Lower Body

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise. If you’ve been loving those new videos every Monday then GET EXCITED because I’m gonna keep those comin’. Go ahead and take a peek at the calendar to see what they are 😉

    Hi Cassey! I really miss the clickable PDF. I know we can still print the jpeg and use your daily playlists but as somone who lives in the UK the playlists are not available for me until late in the day? Also I sometimes switch days around or take my rest day on Saturday instead of Sunday. I appreciate what you provide for us and that you are trying something new but I thought I would give you some feedback on your new situation.

    I’ve downloaded and rated the app 5* as a thank you for many years of wonderful workouts. But using an app on my phone just isn’t for me and I have no TV in my workout space. I really hope you continue to provide content on YouTube – will be very sad if this is part of a gradual transition to the app, but wish you all good things. I miss the pdf dearly because it helped me mix and match my videos, it is not as simple to do that with the jpg and playlists. Thank you again for your truly inspirational videos and I hope I can find a way to continue to use them now that you’ve chosen this new path.

    Hey Cassey! I’ve been doing your workouts fro a few months now. In today’s calendar workout, the knee to squat jumps are really hard for me to do and I’m scared to get hurt. (I know I’m able to do it. I just want to do it the right way.) It would be awesome if you recommend some moves to help master knee to squat jumps.

    Question….I’m a newbie to the calendar. Are we supposed to do all the workouts listed on each day or do we pick one?

      Yes. Ideally you should do all the workouts listed! That being said, I sometimes just do two or three, depending on how I feel – I think it’s better than nothing 😛 There is also a beginner’s calendar which helps easing into the regular calendar.

    Thank you so much for making the calendars each month, they always make me so happy and my blood sugar is so much more stable (type 1 diabetic here). After following the calendars since march i now have visible abs, more sculpted arms, i don’t hate my legs as much anymore AND i actually lost 8kg!! I did break my toe a couple of days ago so will probably not be able to go all in on this calendar, but will do my best. So I really appreciate that you always show the modifications to the moves.

    Thank you for posting this. I’m starting today. I have been working out with Emi Wong’s videos every day since March 17. I’m feeling stronger and ready to move onto tougher stuff. This gives me a good visual motivation and I don’t have to choose the workout, or repeat the same workout over and over again. Its pre-designed. Took some before photos today. Will share after photos at the end of the month 😀 Good luck everyone, stay motivated!

      yeah it is really good. But when I first wanted too, I started with the 100 ab challenge and that helped a lot. But that’s just my opinion 🙂

    Iam soo excited becoz from here iam going to start my weightloss journey .. currenntly iam 85 kg by the end of this month i want to reach 79 kgs and i know it’s not that hard .it requires attention, dedication, controlling your cravings and iam happy becoz (here India it’s 1st July ) it is celebrated as Doctors day and iam a medico 😊😊 yeah iam very excited …let’s see if I could achieve that weight

    I am so so excited for those abs videos.
    Hey Cassey I wanted to ask you that no matter how much I workout I just can’t seem to loose fat from my thighs and butt. Instead many times I feel like I have gained weight just in my lower body….
    and this is not the case for my upper body and abs. Like I can feel/see then getting tonned.
    I do not know where I am going wrong.
    Cassey Please help me on this!!
