How to Get A Sexy Sculpted Back + Shoulders!

New video!!! Wooohooooo!!! This is Bikini Blaster 7. The final video in your Bikini Blaster series. If you’ve been following along with the workout calendar religiously, you really should be ripped by now 🙂 That plus a clean diet of course!!!!

What you’ll need for this workout is a pair of hand weights anywhere between 3-5lbs. I filmed this on Tues afternoon and now it is Thurs morning. I am sore. For real. I didn’t understand why until I thought back to my workouts the past few days! So trust me…it works. It really really works. Having a nice, strong back not only looks fabulous, but it will also help you have better posture. Which in turn, makes you looks taller and slimmer! All good things.

So give this workout a shot and do it all the way through 110%, k?

Also, WeightTraining.com fixed their calorie burn algorithm. So if you were getting calorie counts that were wayyyyy too high (first of all good job for taking note and alarming me!), try logging your workouts again. It should be more accurate now. Click here to see all the Bikini Blaster workouts. Make sure you fill out the Fitness Report Card though! It will be most exact that way!

I am currently in LA right now. So excited to attend Vidcon which is basically a huge conference for YouTubers. I wonder how everyone will be and if I will meet any YouTube celebs!!!! Will these people be socially awkward, cocky, geeky, or just how they appear on screen?? I am the same. So maybe I should expect these guys to be totally cool. I don’t know if Ryan Higa (nigahiga) will be there but he is at the top of my list for YouTube celebs I want to meet one day. He just seems really funny, weird, and down to earth!

    My arms, shoulders and back are on fire!!! This was another great one. My only problem was the last move. All I wall holding was an elbow full of boobs. (No passport and my arms don’t flex out past there as yet. 🙁

    1. Hi Johanna,

      That means that someone has already signed up with that email. If you have already signed up and forgot password, then you can ask to have your password sent to your email. Otherwise, you will need to sign up with a different email.
