Well here’s a healthy happy eggnog recipe for you!
1. Blend all ingredients together for a few min.
2. Pour mixture into a pot and simmer for 15 min or so – don’t let it boil!
3. Then chill mixture in fridge overnight.
4. Serve Xmas morning and pour into nice cups and sprinkle with extra cinnamon!!
Makes 4 servings, each one about 145 cals with 7g of protein!
