POP Pilates Meetup & Live Stream! Dec 3!
I’ve been back and forth with a couple places and finally have pinned it down!!! Are you ready for the first ever POP Pilates meetup?!!! See I told you it would happen before the new year. And here it is!!!
I will be teaching a 1 hr free and super, in fact, EXTRA intense class on Sat Dec 3 at 12:15PM at the Sports Basement on Bryant St. in San Francisco. We will also be live streaming the event for POPsters all over the world who couldn’t make it. (Shhhh…I haven’t told the ambassadors yet but I want to have a “live panel” at the event where we can broadcast them doing the workout too…making hilarious comments or yelling at me 🙂
Thankfully, Sports Basement has a projector and wifi, so this is possible! They will also be providing light snacks and drinks and even a 10% coupon for you guys to shop around afterwards if you need to get any holiday shopping done.
I’m thinking this is how it will go:
12:15-1:15pm killer POP Pilates class
1:15-1:45pm, snacks, drinks, get to know each other, hang out, live panel with some POPsters from different countries
Make sure to bring your own mat! There is free parking across the street for those of you driving. Please let me know in the comments below if you will be live streaming with us! Need to know if I will have enough bandwidth etc for this. Thanks! And can’t wait to see you face 2 face in exactly 1 month!!!

arg! I wish I could live stream, but I’ll be floating around somewhere in the Caribbean on 12/3. If you could some how record it an upload it to youtube though, that would be AMAZING.
