Hey guys!

Some exciting things today. Okay first of all…remember when I promised you at the end of Extreme Abs 1 that I would make Extreme Abs 2? Well. Over half a year later, I decided it was time. So guys, I present to you…EXTREME ABS 2! The Hardest Ab Workout of your Life!

 

Please give it a try. It is HARD. Non stop ab moves for days. Do not be discouraged though. Just try try TRY as much as you can! Also, can you tell me: which is harder? Extreme Abs 1 or Extreme Abs 2?

Alrighty, and second most exciting thing is that later today I will be releasing a special treat for you guys. I’ve been working on a fun “30 Day Flat Abs Challenge”! It’s simple ab exercises that you can squeeze in to your day.

AND GUYS! My second episode of CHOPPED UP! is up! This time I invited beauty vlogger Meg DeAngelis to come over to the Cheap Clean Eats kitchen to battle me in making a fruit hedgehog in only 5 min. This episode is HILARIOUS. You must watch. Like, NOW.

    do we like, do 3 sets of the number of reps or just the number of reps shown? cause i’m like into day 25 but i’m starting to feel doing 3 sets is extremely torturous. Also, how come i’m not seeing much results??? any feedback would be helpful :) thxxxxxxxxx

    JABuary or Abuary :) so excited to start January it will be my first ever full calendar after the beginners calendar. Would it be ok to start by doing 3-4 videos working up to being able to 5 full videos? Can’t wait!! Thank you Cassey!! Us popsters love you! Hoping to get the fit journal when soon been saving up as I’m ony 15 so don’t have money :( but that won’t stop my fitness journey!! :D

      Aw, Abuary is cute, heh. I’m not Cassey, obviously, but I think doing 3-4 videos and working up to the rest is fine! I’m a beginner too and its important to do enough to keep you growing/motivated but you don’t want to hurt yourself or burn out. Maybe make a rule to do a minimum of 3 and push for 4/5? Do all 5 on a day of the week you have more free time? Little things like that can help:)

        Hi Eva!

        Not Cassey either haha, but I agree with Pamela. I’m also a beginner and I find it’s best to work your way up like you described in relation to doing all the videos. When I first started following the monthly calenders I tried to do all the videos, and I found I ended up losing motivation really quickly as I’d make myself super sore and I would feel so uninspired. I think it’s easier to start off slowly till you’ve developed the habit of exercising everyday, and slowly add more and more to your routine :)

I will definitely try do at least 3/4 and i think that one day to do them all is a really good idea! :) I love how supportive every Popster is to one another it is really motivational and inspiring to help each other out on our own fitness journeys!     Hi Cassey at the moment I have a belly pooch and a chunk of fat in my thighs, I’ve been trying to work these off but I haven’t worked hard enough, now that 2015 is so close, I am so pumped because its a new year, Fresh start and I want to give it my all. one of the most amazing feeling I can get is Progress.
    I was thinking maybe you should call the January calendar jaNEWYEARy idk.

    I’ from Germany and just finished the Beginners Calender and i’m super excited to hit the January Calender! I always had problems to stay strong and dont give up but you are such a perfect motivation for me! I’m so thankful!

    Hey Cassey I am so excited to start the challenge, as after christmas we all know what happens to the core area :) but I really want to thank you as in 2014 you had changed me and my life as for many many year i want to change my body but only this year i became addicted to exercise and healthy eatng and all thanks to you cassey, I want you to know that I love you and that you are an amazing person . <3
    oooh and I think you should call the january calendar CANuary as we can all push through the workout and we can all reach our dreams :)
