September Faves!

September Faves!

Hey guys!

It’s that time of the month again! Not that time…but Faves time! After having such a fun experience doing the August Faves I couldn’t wait to do this one. I kept a list all month just to make sure I showed you the goods and warned you of the bad! Watch the vid to see my thoughts on the below items:

Organic Creamy Tomato Soup from Trader Joes
Soycatosh from Trader Joes
*TRY IT: Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
*STAR of the Show: Mini Terrarium from a street vendor at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA
SR Bar Coconut Almond Flavor
London Soho New York Bag from Target
Little pumpkin from Trader Joe’s
Wedge booties from 7 For All Mankind
*NEVER BUY: Trader Joe’s Sriracha Sauce
Mobile Togs iPhone Case with Mirror

Also! What other kinds of videos do you wanna see me do? I’d love to hear your feedback! After all, this Blogilates Community is all about you and what you love. Anything that inspires you, I’m all about.

Love you and have a great Friday!

<3 Cassey

PS – Just so you know, I am not paid to put any of these items in my monthly Faves videos. They are things I purchase myself and honestly want to share with you.

I love Justin’s Almond Butters but they can be so expensive! I love it when they go on sale.

TJ’s has a reduced sodium version of the creamy tomato soup and it is also AMAZING 🙂

OMG, I have never had a green thumb either. I even bought a terrarium before too, and killed that! I’m pretty awful. Love the September faves though. Its always fun to get glimpses of your life outside of the workout videos!

I would love to see a muffin top POP challenge to “Forget you” by Cee Lo Green! 😀
It would also be cool if you made a video where you talk about what motivates you when you are struggling and what you do to achieve your goals (:
Thank you so much for inspiring me to be a better me every day, Cassey! <3

It’s ‘cost’ Cassey! Not ‘costed’! I love you (and even I sometimes comment while half awake causing me to make all sorts of grammar blunders,) but the past tense of ‘cost’ is ‘cost’! Just wanting to help!

Any of Justin’s Almond butter and peanut butter too taste sooo good. And they’re natural ingredients too!

And I would like more dance videos (cardio or strength), and short series on becoming fitness instructor (how to create choreography, finding the right music, engaging the students, etc.)

  13. Maja says:

I wonder if they have almond butter here in Norway, I would LOVE to try it! <3

I wish they had a Trader Joe’s in my city (deprived Canadian over here! lol). A boxed soup that is organic and tasty, I need to have it!

CASSEY!! I commented on your facebook too, I REALLY have been wanting you to do a video with your sister Jackelyn about how you two got in to fitness or being fit and healthy. Like, what was your childhood like? Was the idea of being healthy due to a particular experience that made you realise you need to change your lifestyle habits? Or did you both find some inspiration and were curious to try it out? Or something? I would REALLY LOVE you to do a video like that pleeeeease!! And I miss your sister!! 😀 XOXO Love you so much!!
