      I just bought some, I love the banana nut muffin flavor the best! Also the chocolate peanut butter is pretty good. Those are the only flavors I have tried apart from the strawberry cheesecake which is also delicious.

    ugh i’ve been hooked on the peanut dressing since i was a kid! my mom bought it all the time. and as far as trader joe’s groceries go, you should try a bag of their salt and pepper rice crisps. so so good. also the eggplant hummus! 70 calories in a quarter cup which is great because I can never stop eating it lmao.

    I love quest bars.
    Strawberry cheesecake was actually the 1st quest bars I bought. I thought they were ok. Then I discovered Almond crunch & chocolate brownie.
    Love them, as does my 4 year old son.

      The only thing I see wrong with that is the modified corn starch and the xantham gum? A small amount on a salad wouldn’t hurt would it?

    your dress!!! it’s so pretty!!! love the design and the awesome fluro peach (?) color!! i dun actually live in the US, i’ve been thinking about getting the crunchy cookie butter for days and i just couldn’t get it off my mind!! i finally succumbed to my temptation and decided that if it is really tasty, the postage fee is worth it!

  12. Walden Farms is RANK! I tried their KETCHUP once a few years ago and I pretty much booted the second I swallowed, soooooo not worth it! Ugh. Because of that experience I have not tried any of their other products, and I do not think I ever will. They have a marshmallow fluff or something, except it has no calories, no fat, no sugar, etc – and I wonder what on EARTH is in it. Oh that’s right, a whole bunch of weird chemicals! NO THANK YOU. ha ha!

  13. Cassey, I have to admit that I was skeptical when you said you were going to tell us about a YOLO food for life, but then… it was SPECULOOS! And I can’t believe you said you saved the best for last and it was spicy peanut dressing. Nothing is better than Speculoos! 😛 I discovered it when I was visiting my sister in Belgium (it’s a Belgian product and for a long time was not available outside of that country). It’s so amazing. Now I really want some, but luckily I don’t have any, because when I do I just keep eating it and eating it. Yum!

    To reward myself for eating right and working out i actually just bought that dress 😀 yayyyyy its sooo cute. I figure instead of having cheat days ill just reward myself with a new dress, or make up cause i dont like fatty foods anymore and i feel quilty aterwards where as now i wont 😀 x

    Have you ever given tips/instructions about making your own sprouts? It is really easy and fun – and gives you “fresh greens” in the dead of winter. I live in Ohio, so that is helpful. And sprouts are so high in nutrients!

    Recently I came across sproutpeople.com, which is a great resource for supplies, seeds, and how-to videos. Since then I’ve been sprouting mung beans for stir-fries and alfalfa for my sandwiches!

    I do not normally comment on blog posts, but I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed this video. Hopefully there are more to come. Monday I started the Beginner’s Calendar and I have loved doing it each morning. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence, but I have felt more energized throughout the day. I am happy with my weight, but just wanted to tone and I think your vids are going to be perfect for that. I hate that I am missing out on the Sweatember Calendar, though!

    I am a special education teacher and my days are pretty stressful. I love what I do, but it’s nice to know I can get my day started by releasing some endorphins! I get up at 4:30 to workout and have my God time. Thank you for freely giving vids on YouTube to help others be healthy. It means more to people than you will ever know. I am definitely going to have to purchase a tank or 2 with the cool quotes!!

    Love this and I have to totally agree with you on the Walden Farms stuff!! I have tried so many of their products because I really want to like them because they are no cal and no sugar, etc. But they are awful!! All of them!!

    This is crazy but I already eat and love cookie butter and the peanut salad dressing! Omg that dressing is good in everything including cuscus! Try slicing a banana in half and putting cookie butter in between.. Heat it up in the microwave and eat!! So yummy you could even add chocolate chips lol

    I’m with you 100% on the raspberries and the alfalfa sprouts! They are 2 of my very favorite foods! Just bought up a couple of the container’s of raspberries over the weekend! I totally indulged with them last night, though….a little bit of ice cream topped with raspberries. That was my YOLO food! It seems I am going to need to pick up a jar of that Crunchy Cookie Butter, though! Sounds yum!!

    I’m absolutely inspired by you! I go on and on about you at work all the time! Speaking of which, at work we are allowed to listen to music in the kitchen and we are all pretty much college students, can you say 90’s babies?!?! So one day at work we did a throw back music playlist day and played Brittany Spears, nsync, backstreet boys, and so on, oh my goodness SO MUCH FUN!!!! So I was thinking that you should do a throwback music series or video workout. … how much fun would that be? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Cassey!!!!
