Try this with your friend, husband, bf, or whoever else is lucky enough to be in your vicinity. Instead of going out for drinks, why not ask someone to come workout with you? There’s just 3 moves:

1. Clapping pushup

2. Russian twist w/ partner assist

3. Back 2 Back squat up

There’s also a guest appearance by my kickboxer sister Jackelyn! She will be making more appearances with cardio blasts planned just for you later.
