    11:02.96 Im pretty proud!! maybe next time i can get under 10 mins of that is humanly possible haha 🙂 i actually really liked this because it was only a couple reps per each move so i never got bored! We should have a 100/20 wo!! 100 moves with 20 reps that would be awesome!!!

    10:50 for my first try! Just did a few other POP CARDIO’s so im dripping sweat I think I just died. There’s always room for improvement!

    OMG I did it! It took me 15 minutes and 37 seconds, I was sweating like crazy because I did the other workouts (#juneonfire) but….I’m soooooo happy yay!!

    Oh my gossshhhh did this twice for JaNEWary. First time I got 12:20. Second time I was more strategic and got the awful exercises out of the way first *cough*burpees&tuckjumps*cough* and I was able to shave it off to 10:07. I’m dying and still have so much more to do on the calendar for today! ahhhh

    It took me 11 minutes to do this after doing an hour of your other workouts, i’m so dead, but I know I can do better, next time I will try before any other workouts so i can get my best time!

    I got 11:40:4 (11 mins and 40 secs!) I’m all sweaty! Had to keep checking the moves to know which one next to do. Haha I’d try to remember 2 moves at a time(: which helped. I played this song 2x while doing it. French Montana – Pop That! Great song to listen to while doing this. **It has cuss words..so you might want to listen to the clean edit. Thanks Cas! xx =) Always kicking ur ass 1 step a time! LOOL! While you get me fit!:)

    I just did the 20/20 Workout, the Fat melting routine and the Food Baby Workout and woooow, I’m so done!! Your workouts are so good, really! They already helped me to loose 5lbs but i want to loose more and i also do your POP Pilates workouts to build some muscles:)

    wow! just got done with doing it!
    i crushed it! haha my face,pits,lower back,butt,etc…FULL OF SWEAT.
    It took me 18minutes & 36 seconds to do this. (18mins.36secs.2. to be exact!)
    I was sweating the whole way through! & enjoyed every bit of it.
    Im just trying to get back in shape and i know this workout will do it for me! im gonna try to do this workout tomorrow evening also.
    before i did this workout, i had done the kickbox cardio workout, that you and your sister had on youtube and wow that was a workout! then right after literally, straight after i did that, i did this awesome 20/20 workout! woo! sub 2 me on youtube! (username: justmealwayzz) ill keep you guys updated w. my results.

    oh, and it took about 20 minutes or so the first go at it…all the core excercises were easy for me because of my pilates background…but everything else was killer!

    I’ve been doing pilates for years, but this was my first try at pop pilates. after the 20/20 I was hurtin and breathin like a dog…but I’m gonna do it 2 more times this week and couple it with the muffin top workout. I wanna lose the 8 lbs I gained over the summer and I thought I’d try something different. Looking forward to dying again tomorrow!
