15 kettlebell swings, 15 burpees

14 kettlebell swings, 14 burpees

13 kettlebell swings, 13 burpees

2 kettlebell swings, 2 burpees

1 kettlebell swing, 1 burpee

Done!!!

This will kick your heart rate up like crazy, engage your core muscles, and melt off fat in the quickest time possible. Try to take no more than 15 sec of rest between each set.

If you don’t have a kettlebell, use a heavy dumbbell or swing a small rice bag with sturdy handles.

Practice caution with that last suggestion…

    Hi. The fats in the belly takes long to melt. I have been working out for quite some time but there is no much difference. What am i not doing right.
