this is your chance to see them.
If you want to see a picture of me in a bikini then reblog, like this, and write a comment if you don’t have a tumblr account (will count those too, but you can do all 3). Once the notes ticker hits around 1,000 I’ll show you my before and after photos from 8 weeks ago until today. Then I’ll tell you exactly what I did to get my bikini body.
This is scary for me because I am highly self-conscious, but you gotta do at least 1 thing a day that scares you right!?

I was not living healthy before, but now that I’ve met you and your blog, I want to change my live to be healthier. Hi Cassey,
I have been doing your videos for a while. I love them because you always kick my butt! I would really like to see an 8 week before and after of you. I am really trying to get in better shape myself but I think that I might have messed my metabolism up a while back and cant get it back on track. I think it would be inspiring to me.
