It’s that time again…a free full length POP Pilates class…for my SoCal Sweeties!

And!!! We’ll be working out in the actual ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ studio!

    I want to go sooooo badly but I don’t know if it’s a good idea since I just had surgery to remove my gallbladder 🙁 I don’t know if the 21st is enough time for me to recover.

    Hi Cassey and popsters
    this is my recipe for clean burgers:
    1/2 cup quinoa, cooked as usual
    1 egg
    1/4 carrot – grated
    1/4 onion – sliced
    1tbs fat free cottage cheese
    1ts paprika

    mix all ingredients together
    fry 1 tbs olive oil or oil spray onto frying pan
    take tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls, flatten and place on frying pan. Press down with spatula to flatten, then flip over and do the same.

    Trust me guys, these are yum! clean version of burger, i had mine with sweet potato fries, which i made in oven. 🙂

      oh and add a tablespoon of oats or oat flour to coat the mixture.

    Will you broadcast this class via BlogTV again so that all the other POPsters that don’t live in L.A. can watch the Pilates class and do the exercises as well? I really enjoyed the class you gave when you were in Australia and would love to experience another live class.

    BTW – I like the suggested idea of a Pop Pilates world tour. Have you ever thought about giving a Pilates class inBerlin? Well, if you did I’d join the class. 😉

    Ahhh I wish I could go, but I’m in Chicago so boohoo. One day, when you’re all rich and famous, you should do a Pop Pilates USA tour!! 🙂 Haha, that would be amazing (if not exhausting!).

      Devan, I know you left this comment forever ago, so who knows if you’ll see it but worth a shot. where are you in Denver? I moved here not too long ago and have been dying to meet other Blogilates fans out here! Not many of my friends in CO are into fitness and I’d love a new workout partner! Let me know if you want to get in touch and we can start our own Popster group here in Denver. 🙂
