I met Tony Horton, celebrity trainer and fitness video extraordinaire, aka the P90X guy, at Fitness Atlantic yesterday in Connecticut. At first I didn’t recognize him because his hair was a little bit longer. He’s very vibrant and approachable and not as big as I thought he would be! He was doing a special workout before the Fitness Atlantic fitness competition (which I will be blogging on later). Def made my ticket to the show worth it!
