The madness of POP Plyo!

Have you seen my latest workout? Its called POP Plyo: Cray Cray Workout for a reason.

Well a couple reasons.

And here’s a picture of some yummy Chinese food. I’ve been eating tons of tofu since I’ve been here. Tofu and veggies. Unfortunately a lot of stuff is swimming in oil…this one ain’t too bad since the bok choy is boiled. Guess how much this meal was?

I got it at a street cafe. Only 3 ¥ or 50 cents!!!!!! I came across it after my run and then bought a a huge bottle of water for 2 ¥ or about 32 cents! Soooo loving this.

Ok well off to design some more bags! You’re gonna loveeeeee the new stuff!!!!

    I loved this workout and hope you do more low-impact workout/cardio/plyo!
    The tofu looks delicious? Why is it brown?
    I’d love to buy a yoga bag, but shipping it to europe costs a fortune. Let’s hope you still design those bags when I finish college and earn some money ;-)
