I made a fun Love Handles Challenge for you to Justin Bieber’s “As Long as You Love Me!” I thought it was funny to play off of the Bieber vs. 1D wars we have been having, so I finally decided that since this is POP Pilates, we must not discriminate against any type of POP!!!! Bieber included.
So give the video a clicky click, do the workout, and be amazed at how sore your obliques will be tomorrow! If you’re looking to target your muffintop, then this is it! Helllooo! I’m new! I have a question. Is there no warmups before??? I feel like I’m going to hurt my body if I don’t warmup…. :(
you could do the cardio warmup (that’s what i did before this video).
First off, let me say that I absolutely adore you! You are such a good role model and are always so positive and you inspire me to be a better person! I have been following your blog and your workouts for awhile and they are all amazing! I did this workout and when I was done I was like okay, that went well. But the next day oh man! My obliques were killing! But that’s what you were hoping for us to achieve so I just thought I would let you know it did and to keep up being awesome!
Great workout Cassey, you’re definitely right about the sore obliques. Have to say it’s the first time I’ve seen Pilates exercises set to Justin Bieber and if I’m honest I’m be quite happy if it didn’t happen again ;)
Hi cassey!! i was just wandering, i’ve lost about 30 lbs. i still would like to lose a little more but i feel like i will have a bunch of extra skin. i do pilates almost every day so will this help with that once i lose the fat i need to?

I don’t know if it’s possible to target the front of the thighs (maybe in addition to inner thighs?), but that would get my vote! For songs, I’m thinking some Rihanna…since I am so envious of her body! Maybe “Who’s That Chick” or “Where Have You Been”?

Looks like a killer oblique workout. I already worked my abs today with Tony Horton’s “Great Abs”, but will come back and try out your routine on another day!
How about a 1 hour total body Bikini Blaster featuring all of the toughest moves for each body part? I love leg/booty exercises, and “Right Round” by Flo Rida would be a perfect booty song : )
