Guys! I did this workout in my Pilates class but with 5 lb dumbbells and it KILLED! I wasn’t willing to lug 10 lbs up the mountain with me along with 15 lbs of filming equipment, so I did this workout without weights. But feel free to incorporate if you want a super strong and sexy back!
I just got home from teaching a new POP Pilates class at ClubSport Fremont and it was such a perfect class. For some reason the playlist, the students, the exercises, the lighting, me, everything – we were all in sync and it was just well, perfect! I don’t know how to explain it but we flowed from move to move and the workout was tough but seamless. The mic even worked the whole time! Haha, that’s probably a big part of why it was so perfect. A great first day! I am always on such a high after I leave class. It’s one of the best feelings in the world.
