  1. Hey I love love love your videos! I danced for 16 years until I broke my foot and these workouts do not seem to mess with my muscles like most resistence training. Thanks to all of the ballet training I have been blessed with thunder thighgs and was wondering what is the best way to tone and slim thighs or legs in general?

  4. I was doing the leg exercises and I find that my tail bone hurts.
    I’m thinking its probably bc I’ve got a lordosis shape.
    Any tips?

    • Make sure to hold on to the chair then in the last few exercises so that you are wholly working on your legs and not the balance, which could be the source of the pain – stress from trying to balance.
