I was editing last night really late and my eyes starting shutting slowly…I tried fighting the battle of slumber but I was losing really really bad. My head nodding probably lasted a good 20 min before I knew there was no chance. Sleep won.
So here’s your new workout! My thighs, my inner thighs that is, have been feeling so tight lately and I was wondering why. I filmed your workout on Saturday and now, 2 days later, I’m still sore!
