Hey POPsters!!!
You know, every month I think I can get faster and faster at doing workout calendars but umm, nope. Therefore I find myself falling asleep on my keyboard at 3 in the morning on the first day of the new month.
Oops. But you know what it is? I’m a perfectionist…and perfectionists are procrastinators! You know why? They want everything to be so flawless and good that they don’t want to get started until they are 100% in the zone. And well, I keep waiting for that perfect moment. And it never really comes, because there are no perfect moments to start a workout calendar…until the pressure builds so much that I have to start! That ends up being the day before the new month!
Anyway, no more excuses, here it is! Just click on the pic to enlarge and save as! Print ans stick on your wall, fridge, or in your binder! Look at it every day to stay accountable!
Do you like the sparkly pink snowflakes? :D #DashingDecember is fun and I also added National Food Holidays on there for you! On those days I’ll try to come up with a healthy version of the food…the first one is cookie day this Tues! You know what you can make on that day!

Hi Cassey, when are you going to put the January workout calender?
There’s one thing I’m slightly confused about with the calendar. Are we supposed to do additional cardio daily to supplement the vids, or is the cardio included? For example, should I be running/jogging in addition to the videos I did today?

i’m 15 years old 125 pounds. most people say thats not so bad
but it is if you’re only 5 ft 3′ and have short legs. so its quite a turn off and a major
self-esteem degrader. I put on most of my weight in the 8th grade but since I started your videos i’ve already seen improvement! the problem is eating clean or reducing food by substantial amount. PLUS, my parents won’t let me, the keep giving me food -_- but if i follow your calendar for the whole month, will i see a significant difference which i can then maintain. PLEASE REPLY AND I LOVE YOU CASSEY <3
I’m no expert, but I can say that if you don’t eat clean along with your workouts, you won’t be able to see efficient results. Try talking about it calmly with you parents. Tell them that you really want to be healthy and fit. I’m sure they’ll understand. Hope I helped! :)

Thank you so much for this calendar! It is so easy to understand and I love it! There is no way I can do all the workouts but I’m sure I’ll get there.
hey, i’m not understanding something and i REALLY need help! i’ve been doing the Blogilates 90 Day Challenge, and now i just discovered this and i was wondering, is this the same thing? i already saw the calendar and it’s too much for one day! are we supposed to do all the exercises or may we choose?
Do you think it’s okay to only do 3-4 workout days a week , personally i think working out 1 hour a day , 6 days a week is really difficult. Maybe it’s only me but i think it’s a tad hectic to do that much exercise.
But other than that loving Pilates. :)
Maybe im just being weak and complaining… oh well time to get some fitness :)
